Then I hid in the warehouse of convenience store.
It was a very warm place.
The shopgirl hurriedly called the police.
I knew I was safe.
The store was several hundred feet away from my house, and there were three or four forks in the road before getting there. In the heavy rain, I thought it was impossible for Oliver to find me.
Thinking of this, I felt the warehouse was the warmest place I had ever stayed in.
It even made me a little sleepy.
However, two minutes later, I heard the welcome greetings from the store again. Someone was coming.
"I'll get 30 dollars' worth of gas."
It was Oliver's voice.
He drove a car here!
I forgot about it! He could drive after me!
The police station was the closest place nearby where one could call the police, so he would definitely come!

"What can I get for you?" the shopgirl asked.
I heard Oliver pacing back and forth between the shelves.
He was looking for me.
"Do you have a band-aid?" He fobbed off the shopgirl.
