We need a plan

Adora’s mind flooded with so many thoughts as she sat there thinking of what to do.

Her gaze shifted to her father and she was surprised to see the man in deep thought.

“What have I done?, maybe I will go back and return their money”.

She wasn’t thinking straight when she offered to help Lincoln with the information, she thought the operation will go smoothly. But now she wasn’t sure of what to do or think.

She got up to leave but her father stopped her.

“You are not leaving this house all by yourself ever again”.

"What! Dad…, I’m not a baby”

"But you’re behaving like one, no more moving around freely, I don’t want anything bad happening to you”

Adora went back and sat on the sofa not happy with how things are going.

Clara thought of calling Jack but no, she didn’t want to get him involved as they have already done.

Sandra wasn’t bothered anymore, she was tired of the whole thing and wishes it will all stop.

"But how did Lincoln know about this place?” Clara asks Zack because, from the look of things, Lincoln will find them no matter where they go.

“I don’t think so,” Zack said knowing that if not for his sister, Sandra would still be safe here, he was ashamed to tell Clara that his sister was beside this. And he knew it was because of Alex that she did what she did.

“How will I tell her about Alex and Adora? she won’t want to date me if she finds out, so he kept that to himself.

Zack went out to search for a safety net for them but couldn’t find any, he returned and told them but Clara called Jack instead who is so happy to hear from her.

Jack has not heard from her since she left, and anytime he calls, it will say not available.

“You can come over, I will take care”.

Zack wasn’t happy at all “How do you think that human can protect you? With what powers?” He asks Clara almost yelling.

“I know, but, do you have any option?” Zack has no option, he has tried his best to find a place for them but no way.

“I’m not comfortable with this arrangement,” Zack said and walked out somewhat angry.

Sandra was so happy to leave but Zack's father told them they are making a big mistake as those humans are no match for Lincoln. But he has no choice since they can’t find a safe place for them anymore. “Just call if you need help,” the man said and Clara set out with Sandra.

“You have to be strong,” Clara told Sandra but she was so excited that being strong won’t be a problem for her right now.

They arrive at Jacks's's place and he was so happy to welcome them back.

“Tell me everything that happened” and Clara told him all leaving nothing behind.

“You know what? I think we need to get prepared. We must not let this man do what he wanted to do with Sandra”

“Do you have a plan?” Clara ask with eyes wide open, she looked at Jack so excited to hear him talk.

“I don’t, but we will make one,” he said the words with so much energy that Clara’s heart which has started failing her began to come alive
