Chapter 36- Not Edited

"Spencer!" I tried to shout but it came out as more of a whisper.

"Hey, hey, hey. It's okay Andy I'm here." He ran to me and trapped me in a hug. At this point, I was visibly shaking from head to toe. "Oh, girl it's okay. Look at me. They won't hurt you! No one is going to let them." He led me to the bleacher to sit down for a second and sat next to me.

I looked at the sleeve. I was wearing a black sweatshirt so the blood blended in quite a bit and for that I was thankful. Apparently, however, it was suspicious because Spencer instantly took my arm in his hand.

"They... they hurt you already didn't they? Today?" I nodded silently. "Before today?" I hesitated. I shouldn't let him know, but then again, I couldn't lie so I gave another small nod. As soon as I did that I watched his heart break even more. He ran a hand through his hair: frustrated. "What can I do?"

I finally found my voice again, "Nothing. Don't do anything. Don't worry about it; it'll all work out."
