Chapter 99. Eat a Lot
Rayleigh had opened a suite at the Aman Hotel in New York for the trio, so they could have a private space to talk late into the night with Isabelle and her wife. The next day, they planned to visit a nearby diner.
After her shift, Jules arrived at the condo to join Mona. "It's not every day I get to stay at the Aman," she said excitedly, deciding to sleep with Mona at the hotel suite.
Ane decided to go to the grocery store with Rayleigh, intent on cooking for the group that evening. The four of them spent the afternoon napping in front of the TV, chatting, and catching up after their long day.
Rayleigh took Ane to the K-Mart Asian Supermarket in the area, thinking it would be more convenient for Ane since Isabelle often preferred to shop there over the regular grocery stores.
