Alex POV

I was eating breakfast with my wife and Jack. When I was done I kissed Jen forehead and left for work.

I got a call from Drew

Found anything?

Yes. It's Jerul Canxon. Boss l also noticed something when I came out of the company yesterday I saw a man outside the gate looking around and when he saw me he wanted to approach me but I entered back inside.

I had track down him and saw he's working for Jerul Canxon. Boss you have to be careful that man is dangerous Drew said.

Okay I will l said and the call ended.

I got in the Lamborghini and it drove away from the compound. Truly l saw the man, he was not even hiding.

I called Drew again.

Hello boss

Drew keep the identity of the workers here secret because soon that man can start heading to the workers house on my whereabouts and start threatening them.

But boss there are 3000 workers here how could I possibly do that?

Start from my secretary, to the managers and important workers. He can attack from there.

Okay boss he said.

The car drove in the gate that was opened and went to the underground parking lot to pack. I came down and entered the back door of the building.

Jenny POV

My man doesn't let me do anything even cooking I'm not allowed to. I'm just to sit at home and do nothing.

I decided to stroll around the estate and I was told to wear nose mask and six bodyguards followed me outside.

I have been sitting down, watching TV and checking the door for Alex to come in. It's 6:30 shouldn't he be back now.

Alex where are you?

I heard the door opening and saw Alex coming inside. I quickly stood up and went to hug him. I kissed his forehead and took the brief case he was holding and kept it down.

I removed his tie, suit jacket and shoe and called the maid to take them to the room plus his brief case.

Maly get my husband dinner ready l said.

Okay ma she said leaving to the kitchen.

Husband he said smiling as he pulled me in his arms.

Let's go upstairs l said.

Hmm he said carrying me up and we went upstairs.

We came back downstairs with Jack. We eat dinner together and went to our room.

Jerul POV

Sir I wasn't able to find him. It's hard sir Franklin said.

You're really a useless being to me. I told you to watch his every movement, do this or that and you keep bringing me bad new. What kind of nonsense is this Jerul shouted.

Please sir...

Let me do it. I can handle Alex a female voice said as she entered the room.

Leave here stupid fool l said and Franklin left.

How can you do that Tina?

I could use him like I did in the past she said.

Use him...hmm would he fall for that after you broke his heart and left him.

I will handle that.

But he's already married. He has a wife.

Don't worry I can deal with her. She's really a cup of tea to me she said.

I will be expecting good news then l said.

Just give me a year and I will come back with good news she said.

Jenny POV

It's been 3 month of staying together and I had started getting used to staying at home doing nothing and waiting for my hubby to come back.

I also found out he's a workaholic and mostly at his study room after l sleep off at nights. So I had to do something.

I left the room and went to the study room to see my man on his laptop. He didn't even notice I was standing in front of him.

Babe it's 1:30 and you're working you have to sleep for work tomorrow l said.

Jen I need to work. I'll join you on bed soon he said.

No I'm not hearing that l said as l went to sit on his lap blocking him from looking at the laptop.

No Alex don't Jen me here. Let's go to bed that's what I want to hear from you and if you leave when I sleep again I won't talk to you ever again l said.

Fine. I will listen to my stubborn wifey just for tonight l can put up with it he said as he carried me and left the room.

To be honest with you, he still went back to working after that night and I still took him back to bed.

I was going to his office today to give him lunch since Leo told me he doesn't eat when he's at work.

I had decided to make lunch by myself for him but Mrs Qilin won't let me do it she said young mater would talk. I had to beg her till she let me do it. She finally agreed and I went to start cooking.

I decided to make a Africa food called jollof rice and fried chicken with some plantain.

I had finished cooking and dished the food in a cooler and kept it in a lunch bag.

I left the house and entered the Lexus my guards followed too and it drove away from the villa.

I had reached the company and came out from the car. I entered the building and immediately all the staffs that saw me in started greeting me.

Wow so this is how it feels being a boss lady l thought and smiled.

I went to a desk to ask where Alex was.

Is my husband in his office l asked.

Yes ma. Let me take you there she said.

No need. I will do that myself l said and went to the elevator. I got to the 32th floor and before opening the door a lady came out angrily and when she saw me she hissed and left.

What happened I drove those thoughts and entered the office.
