Lydian POV

l dialed his number and pressed call. It started ringing and after some few minutes he answered it.

What do you want Lydian? he asked.

When will you start liking my calls? l asked.

Why are you calling? he asked.

You sure know how to avoid question. Well anyways I wanted to ask if you're in the city.

lf that's all then l will end the call he said and court the call.

I can't believe he ended the call. Alex you really need to stop this thing you do to me. lf he really went there for that girl then l have to do something to eliminate her from the picture. I called Posh. 

Get the car ready I'm going to Flakes town tomorrow and I'm going with my guards too so get prepared. 

Okay ma he said and I ended the call.

Mandy?

Yes she said coming out from the kitchen. 

I'm going somewhere tomorrow so make sure my luggage is ready l said.

Jenny POV

All the staff and Dad had gone home so l was the only one in the restaurant now. I finished cleaning before closing the restaurant and walking home. I felt someone following me and I decided to increase my pace when he gripped my hand. I wanted to blow him but he dodged it. 

My boss is looking for you. He's waiting in that Rolls-Royce over there. 

What if I say I don't want to go?

Then I will forcefully take you there the stranger said. 

Fine. I will go so stop holding me l said and he stopped. 

What's the name of your boss?

Mr Alex Grande he said. 

Alex. I thought he left already so he's really going to ask me out. No will be my answer because he already have two girlfriends. I can't be the third one. 

I got in the Rolls-Royce and saw him calling. He told the driver to leave using his hands and when he was done calling he kept the phone in his pocket and pressed a button.

Why do you want to see me?

I'm here to make a proposal he said.

I want you to get married to me in exchange of helping you out with the lawyer stuff. 

Now I understand no wander she was telling me I should thank him because Alex was the him. 

I'm sorry I can't besides you have a girlfriend and another side chick so go tell one of them this not me l said and wanted to open the door but it couldn't open. 

Miss Jenny let me clarify somethings l don't have a girlfriend neither any side chick. Who told you that I had?

Lydian you're girlfriend told me physically and I saw you with a girl today. 

I saw him chuckled.

Not yet. Lydian is not my girlfriend. She's just obsessed with me and I'm surprised she met you already. For the girl I was with today was my secretary he said. 

Why should I believe that?

It's the truth. Just give me what I want then I will give you yours too he said.

I just stared at him. 

Why pick me and not that obsessed girl? 

Because you're different and you draw me to you so I had no choice. See l know I said somethings in the past but I did that because I didn't want you getting into trouble because of me. So please do this? He said holding my two hands. 

For the first time I saw a cute Alex talking so nicely to me. Ahhhhhh gosh he makes me want to say yes but I have to.

I'll do it I said. 

Thanks he said bringing out a document and a pen. He opened it and gave me to sign. 

You can read it if you want to but I did this just to seal our agreement properly he said.
