Alex POV

We didn't talk again and soon we got to her area and the Porsche parked in a place while I came down with her. We walked but there was distance between us. she was at the front and I was at the back giving her some distance.

She got to her gate and saw it was locked. She was shouting Tasha are you there?

What's wrong? I asked.

The gate is locked, I thought my friend will be at home so I didn't carry any keys. Where did you go Tasha? she said.

You can leave now, l will wait for my friend to come she added.

I was told to let you go in the gate before I leave but since it's locked you can spend a night at my house I said.

No Sir we can just pretend you saw me entering the gate so you can leave I said.

Miss that won't work on me. I'm taking you home he said.

She quietly followed me back to the Porsche and we got inside before it drove off. The Porsche drove into a compound and we got down.

Jenny POV

The house was flawless, the exterior designs were on top notch and the compound was breathtaking overall it was captivating better than Mr Jones house. I stood there staring at the massive villa until his voice brought me back to my senses.

Let's go he said. We got in and the workers came out.

Welcome young boss they said. l looked around and saw the interior designs were perfect. The furniture to the painting on the wall and the rest were nice.

Has the boy arrived Mrs Qilin? he asked.

Yes she said.

Where is he? he asked.

He's in the room and maybe sleeping. We had made sure he eat she said

Okay. Take Miss Jenny to the guest room. She will be spending a night here he said.

Miss please follow me she said. I was taken to the guest room and clothes were given to me to change to which I did and soon I was called downstairs for dinner. I came down and saw him. He was eating so fast. I stared at his perfect face, those lips...

Are you done staring he said bringing me out of my thoughts and I became embarrassed. I slapped myself and said l have started again stubborn Jenny.

I wasn't staring, I was just looking because there was something on your face I said.

Then help me remove it he said standing up and coming closer to me. He stood an inch away from me and I could hear his breath. He smelt so good.

I stared at his lips wanting to kiss them but I had to stop myself and touched his lips removing an invisible thing from there where as nothing was there. I just had to pretend I hope you understand me.

Thanks he said going upstairs quickly and I went to sit and eat my food.

Alex POV

I had to leave before I did something to her. Why does she makes me feel this way. No girl had interest me but she had. I need to stop getting close to her. I'm not someone who can love. I entered my study room shutting the door. I called Leo and said any report

Yes boss. we have captured the person that burnt down your warehouse. We're waiting for your order boss he said.

Make him speak. I don't care whatever way you choose to do it but don't kill him

Okay boss. I have something to tell you again he said.

I think I know who's behind all these. It's Mr Rugard we found a trace and it linked back to him. I think he's warning us that he can do anything to you he said.

Okay. I'm coming to the underground cave tomorrow l said ending the call.

Mr Rugard you messed with the wrong person. I will make sure you pay for every thing you burnt in the warehouse. Play game is over watch out for me Rugard
