Alex POV

She turned away and I kept looking at her side hoping she looks at me again. Why was I hoping? This girl really affects me, l need to stop these. I wanted to turn away when she looked at me and I didn't again.

Jenny POV

I averted my gaze and couldn't help but feel slightly embarrassed. His face held this undeniable allure that l couldn't help but be drawn to it but what if someone saw us no they won't their attention is on the man talking.

A band came and started performing. I decided to look again and our eyes met. he was trying to convey a message to me not to look away which I did. We stared at each other till the band performance was over.

Annie tapped me so I turned away and looked at her.

My brother is not yet here. I need to call him she said.

The mc has announced that we should move to the other side. Music started playing and food were shared. people were dancing.

Hello big bro where are you? she said as we were walking.

Okay. I'm coming to meet you. My brother is at the door entrance she said.

Let's go then I said.

We saw him at the entrance and his back facing us.

Big bro Annie said and her brother turned I was shocked to see his face. lt was him, seeing the way he looked at me it seems he wasn't surprised seeing me. l looked away.

Big bro this is Jenny, Jenny this is my big brother Alex she said.

Nice meeting you Jenny he said stretching his hands to shake me and I shaked him. We stared at each other. I was feeling that thing again of belonging to him and I quickly removed my hand.

We got to the other side and sat down.

I'll go get something for us. What would you like to drink?
