Chapter 28

With that the boys cried in the room and Draken was outside crying alone thanking heaven Stella is safe . Within the next few days after a long slumber Stella finally woke up starting with some slight movement from the fingers

"Oi , she's waking up " Baji exclaimed holding on to my hand for dear life

My eyes started to open slowly adjusting to the lights in the room when it was fully opened i could see Baji sitting by my side and Draken was standing at the foot of the bed and the rest behind Baji , i slowly got up sitting straight with the help of Baji of course

"How's Lady Jean?"

Everyone stood in silence not wanting to say a word , my eyes lowered and let out a sigh

"Okay , do any of the girls know?"

"No , we didn't report to them nor tell those on Duty , we kept it strictly thoses that went with you to the cafe" Draken reported .

"Baby you should rest, " Baji said as he handed me a glass of water.

"I'm fine, we can't rest now , have you guys gathered information on why she is involved with Damien and why are the others instructed to shoot her as well ? "

"Boss, Her husband owes Damien a lump of money and Jean was forced to do this in order to save her husband but sadly now with both of them dead their child Kai Le is left alone with the nanny. " Rin reported and showed me the Ipad containing all the information i needed

"Thank you Rin. Lets get me discharged shall we . "

"NO!" Everyone yelled back at me

"Boss, you need to rest the bullet missed your heart by a few centimeters that's not funny," Draken said and smacked my head lightly

"Shane and i will continue to dig up more information on what happened to the husband" Rin reported and went to the sofa and started doing work

"Sadly the hitman isn't talking on why he shot Ms Jean , his in the basement currently " Charlie reported

"I see, I will visit him after my discharge. I taught you all well. "

"Yes boss" Everyone replied and bowed slightly.

Baji helped me lay back down and cuddled me to sleep. It was tiring being a patient in the hospital everyday with the same routine: breakfast , check up , test , lunch , cuddle . Draken and everyone would not let me look at my phone nor let me do any work clearly instructed to stay in bed until fully recovered.

With no news from Damien I grew the hatred even more. Why hasn't he made a move but the day came when I was finally allowed to check out of the hospital and head back home. We went straight into work and with the red butterflies on our side now I have enough to sustain a fight with Damien if that were to ever happen in the future.

In the home office ~

Shane: Boss, do you want us to bring in Sebastian ?

Me: Would it be a hassle to bring in someone who lives in Hong Kong ?

Rin: nope , will make a quick trip if you want us too .

Charlie: We already know that Jean and her husband were under Damien and are dead now so Sebastian might be next. We could save him and prevent him from being killed in the near future. We should-

Ding Dong!

I went down stairs and saw Pram opened up the door. It was Sebastian. An unexpected guest. When the hell did he get here?

Pram led him to sit on the sofa and I continued to made my way down the stairs and into the living room , i sat on the solo seat and faced him with my legs crossed and a cup of tea in front of me.

" Sebastian , what an unexpected surprise. "

" I'll cut to the chase. Kill Damien and Ethan for me " he said

"Why? "

"He has been taunting me and my family and say if i don't kill you he will have my family killed followed by me." he cried while kneeling down in front of me

"Sebastian , I cannot trust anyone especially when I know that Damien has approached you before . "

"Stella ! I really don't want to kill you! Please! " he cried while tugging onto my pants

I looked at him and let out a sigh …

"Boys!" I yelled and all of them came rushing down to me , Draken carried Sebastian away from me allowing me to breathe .

"It's not that I don't trust you Sebastian but the fact that Damien had approached you and asked for information leaves me with no choice … ( sad face) I thought I could trust you … but what do we have here? You coming to me asking me to help you kill Damien? (scoffs) "

"Stella pleasee , I'm begging you . I would never betray you and our friendship. " Sebastian pleaded

"Boss , The hit man is awake. Do you want to head down to the basement now?" Rin asked

"Uhm okay, Pram get sebastian a room, Kyle and Xander can watch him while the rest of us get our hands dirty "

"Yes Boss " Everyone replied and followed my instructions

I made my way down to the basement and Charlie opened the door to a bloodied up guy bound to the chair. Draken pulled a chair for me and handed me my pistol. The guy looked up at me with the toughest eyes he could give me.

"Who hired you "

~ No Reply ~

"No reply? Do you want to play that game? Okay! For every time you do not reply to my question I will shoot you. How does that sound?"

Indeed there was no reply but we are still going to do it anyways

"Who Hired you?"

No reply was given , i took the pistol and shot his shin making him scream in pain

"That hurt didn't it , be a good boy and answer my questions and I'll let you live . Where is Damien and Ethan "

I am so frustrated with this guy, he's really not going to give me a reply.

"Draken , be a dear and drag out the stuff we start the car with hehe , thank you "

Draken walked over to the trolley and removed the cloth over it, revealing the set of Hot wires and whatever that machine is used to heat up and form sparks.

"Now this might hurt a little so don't die alright. Baji everytime if he doesn't reply me do heat it up and zap him alright "

"Yes boss" Baji replied

I turned back my attention to the man bounded to the chair

"Who Hired you "

~ No reply ~

I nodded my head and let Baji zap him , causing him to scream in pain and huffing and puffing after Baji removed the clips

"Poor thing , did it hurt? I bet it did now answer my questions so you won't have to feel this pain ever again , Where is Ethan and Damien? "

"OKAY! OKAY! , i'll tell you just don't zap me please "

"Good , start talking. "

"Mr Ethan and Mr Lim are in LA. That's where I met them and they made me a deal . Apparently what I overheard from their conversation , they are preparing for a showdown with you. He is going to take some kid and your power from this world. " the hit man said

"Rin verify his information i want every single detail of it,"

"Yes boss" Rin replied and got to work straight away

"Other things i should know?"

"His not who you think who he is, he's some kind of underground lord . he has connections even in the blackmarket , he knows the Tigers " he said

"The tigers? "

"The tigers are based in Paris , they are more vicious than Mr Lim. If Tigers were to join Mr Lim in whatever partnership they have Mr Lim will be unstoppable from there. He can rule the entire blackmarket , Government and many more . I only am able to tell you this is because i am one of the Tiger's ex members" He said and lowered his head.

"Who's the leader"

"Levi Green." the man said.

"Take me to him "

"Alright Ms Stella. But i warned you Mr Green isn't the easiest man to convenience " the man said.

" I'll take my chances . Let's move out. "

With Kyle and Xander on guard duty with the special guest, the rest of us packed some equipment and headed out right away in a van with 10 people in the car. We were off to the secret location of the Tigers .

We arrived at an abandoned street . . . I pushed the guy out and instructed Draken to follow me, only the rest remained in the car .

"You sure this is the place? "

"Yes Ms Stella , this way ." the man said and continued to walk straight into the building.

We walked up a few flights of stairs and lead me through a few doors before we entered the last door he held on to the door knob and looked at me , i nodded my head and he opened the door and let me walk through i entered the place there was a clear walkway for me to walk and i walked with my head held high and walked forward with that man leading the way.

At least we caught everyone else's attention. They started following us behind when we arrived in front of what seemed like a throne setting. The chair spun around and revealed a man sitting on it and looked at me dead in the eye.

"Woah, Ms Wong . What brings you to the Tiger's empire ? ``The guy i assume is Levi green spoke in a low tone.

"Lets talk, your men here almost killed me with a bullet in the park . "

" woah Larry? Killed you ? almost? Larry you'll be dealt with later but of course Ms Wong is there anything i can do for you in perhaps compensation ? " Levi said but it sounded like a joke to me

I nodded my head and walked towards his side , sat on the table, pulled his tie close to me and whispered into his ear " Let's talk somewhere private" . He looked up at me and nodded his head and lead me into his office pretty trash but whatever works, I stood over the window and lit up my cigarette inhaled and exhaled a few seconds later

"So what did you want to talk about?" Levi said as he poured himself a drink

"I believe you know my ex boyfriend Mr Lim Damien?"

"Mr Lim ? … no i don't " he said

"Don't lie to me Mr Levi , you are the strongest Male gang there ever is in Paris and don't get me started that one of your men was hired by Mr Lim to shoot me ."

"Well , I certainly have not met this Mr Lim guy but what do I need to know about him ?" he asked

" As you know I am the most powerful woman in the business world with my company flourishing and growing every single day. No surprise Mr Lim wants that power to control the market, the government and the black market. "

"Your amazing , just saying but go on " he said and drank his drink

" Basically Damien supposedly faked his death on my end but I found out he is alive now , so he wants to take everything from me. My kids , my power in the market, everything associated with me he will kill and take away from me one by one. "

" Sounds tragic but sadly he came to talk to me about you " he said , his green eyes looked at me lowered his head , he slowly stood up from the chair and came to my side and pinned me to the glass panel causing a thud sound

Draken came in straight away holding his gun in his hand.

"So who's lying Ms Wong? Mr Lim or You " he said and looked at Draken who had his gun pointing at him

" I have been in business for as long as i could remember , (coughs) why would i lie "

"Boss, give me the word !" Draken yelled at me

" Shoot me i dare you " Levi said and looked at Draken while his hand strangled me tighter.
