Meeting with the LORD !!!

After admiring the city for a few minutes she headed towards the Lord's castle. It didn't took her so much timing because the way it is decorated any one can easily identify that it is the castle where the lord is living.

The whole castle was decorated in the different types and different styles of lamp. It reflects the royalty to the outer world.

After reaching near the castle she is now completely mesmerized by the beauty that has proudly stand in front of her. No doubt her own castle was beautiful under the sea water but this castle it was something else for her. After come out of her trance she made her way towards the castle gate which is very large more than enough and there are ten guards are present who are guarding the gate for the whole castle but those guards are not any normal guards. They are highly trained ruthless, cunning and comes under the most powerful vampire catagories.

For a moment she became very frightened and thought that what if these guards will recognise her as a mermaid? but again she remembers her father's spell. than she heave a deep sigh of relief as she remembered that she is now disguised as a female vampire.

When the guards saw her they asked her, "Who are you? and why are you here? Do you have any identification of your own?"

"Yes, I'm the new healer who will work as a lord's personal healer and I'm appointed by the lord's right hand man General Christopher Cohen. Here take it." she gave them a letter, "It's the proof that I will work for the lord from today onwards. so can I go inside?" She asked them in a very polite manner.

When the head guard read that letter he released a satisfied sigh of relief then handed back her letter to her than told her, "Yes you may enter inside now. I will tell the butler to guard you towards the lord's residence." with that saying he called the head butler Mrs. Auris. The butler looks like she is in her mid sixties. but her real age as a vampire was 2500 years. she worked as a butler in the castle before the lord's had born. Lord is like the child to her and he also consider her as a mother figure. she is very sweet and kind. and under her all the servents of the castle are working.

When Mrs. Auris take a look at Crystal she immediately took a liking to her.

They both entered the castle and again she got hypnotized by the beauty of the interior castle. The interior design of the castle was very unique. There are lots of corridor lots of living room and two or three court rooms and many more things are there.

Then Mrs Auris told her about the castle and it's history. The castle was the most largest and protected castle among all the five kingdoms. and it was made exclusively only for the lord Damien van Amstel. After he taking the throne he ordered the Norman people to buit the castle. Then she asked her about herself like her name, about her family and her likes and dislikes etc etc.

She made a false story in her mind and told her that she is a vampire girl who lives alone in the nearby city. and she worked as a healer at the nearby clinic.

With a lots of talking they didn't knew where they had reached the lord's study room. now they are standing in front of the lord's study.

"Now I'm going dear. from here you have to go inside alone. If you need anything then you can call me by only whispering my name for a once. This is my special power that if anyone needs my present then they can just whispers my name. and one more thing when you will enter first you have to bow in front of him and show him the utmost respect. then talk to him as much politely you know Ok!"

"Ok, Mrs Auris." Crystal smiles at her and then take her leave from there.

now she was standing there with a slight nervousness.

Then she knock on the large door in front of her. After few seconds she got a response from the other side of the door.

"Come in..."

She then opens the door with a slightly trembling hands then enters the room quietly.

"Who are you?" comes a deep voice holding the power and authority across the wooden table placed at the opposite direction where she is now standing.

Like a reflex action she instantly bow down her head with respect and addressed him as, "Long live milord. I'm the new healer who is recently appointed for you as you personal healer." till now she didn't rise her head completely to she who the man was but by hearing his voice she can only assume that the man is not someone old age person. Then the realisation hit her hard and she remembers what her father had told her, that one thing he didn't tell her and that one thing is that the lord is not some kind of old person.

"Rise your head and look at me." he said in a very authorative voice to her.

With out delaying any more second she rose her head to take a look at him.

She is now speechless...Is he the lord?

"What! don't I look like a lord to you?" only then she realised that she thought it out loud to herself. 'ugghhhghhh stupid Crystal...how can you say that aloud?' she keeps cursing her self inwardly.

"I asked you something..."

Again she come out of her trance and tried to form a sentence,

"uh...I...ummm..."

"I can't understand what you are saying lady"

"Pardon me milord... I didn't mean that what I've said. " she said to him with a slightly shaking voice.

"Really? I don't appreciate liers young woman. You should know that before you come here. now can you explain me what was the meaning of your word" he said in a cold voice but deep down he is slightly amused. again she got scared and without thinking further she told him the truth,

"I mean, I didn't imagine the lord to be this much handsome. I thought you are some kind of old man...." when she realised what she had said , her eyes goes wide and instantly she placed her both palms on her talkative mouth.

"Why did you stop young lady? continue what you were saying." he said with a slight smirk on his face.

"I...I ha..have nothing to say milord...ple.. please forgive me for my sinful act...I swear I will not act like this anymore..."

"OK..so now tell me your name and about yourself." she now released a sigh of relief thinking that the lord didn't exaggerate this topic any more. then she told him her name as Crystal but didn't mention her surname and told him the same story that she told to Mrs Auris.

Then he give a slight nod to her as if he had approved her as his personal healer. Then she asked him from when she will start her job?

"You can start from today if you want...now you can go and ask Mrs. Auris to lead you towards your room. After that get some rest...and from morning onwards you can start your job." He told her in the same cold voice.

"Ok milord" with that saying she turned around her head and leave from there immediately as if she can't tolerate his intense stare anymore.

But she also failed to notice that there was a slight smirk on his face as if he had found his new prey...but little did he know that future has hold something else for their future.
