His Reasons (Part-2)

"Come forward a bit..." he told to Damien while he is in full of confusion but without arguing with him he came forward. then the monk placed his right palm on his head and closed his eyes for a moment. What he saw in his vision shocks him to the core.

He saw that Crystal is not a normal vampire. She is the doting princess of Blue Heaven kingdom but due to her compulsion she had to disguise herself as a vampire. But she is a pure hearted girl with no negative emotions. He also saw in his vision that she is the one that made for Damien. But for that she has to remove the curse from her.

The great monk knew very well that if he tells Damien about Crystal's real identity then he will surely punish her, so for the sake of Crystal he decided to keep his mouth shut. but another thing is he also knew that if Damien and Crystal keeps developing their feeling for other in this way then it will not take them very long to fall for eachother completely and by considering the situation of now The great monk decided that he has to put them apart from each other for temporarily period of time. Because the enemies are waiting for any weakness of the lord so that it will be very easy for them to attack the lord.

So for sake of the kingdom and sake of the both Damien and Crystal he made a plan in his mind. Then he told him that,

"Son, what I'm assuming is that the girl is not good for you. Stay away from her as much as possible. I know she is a nice girl but not the right one for you. She is here as your healer so treat her like just a healer... nothing else."

"But why are you saying me about her like this?"

"Please son, obey what I'm saying. It's only good for this kingdom. Don't make her as your weakness. You know very well son that the enemies are waiting only for your any wrong move. If she gonna becomes your life then it will be very easy for them to attack her."

"I know what you are trying to say, but I'm very well capable to protect her from anyone. Don't forget that how powerful I am. so there will be no one who will dare to touch her."

"You are not understanding what I'm saying. I mean you have to stay her away from you. You can't fall for her now. who knows may be she is belongs to any enemy clan or may be she is trying to fool around you. Don't you find her any suspicious? I think that she is also not a vampire...."

Damien cuts him off and blurted out outrageously, "What?!!!!!"

"Calm down Damien...I'm saying that I'm only doubting on her. I'm not sure. anyways do you have any proof against her?"

"No, I don't have any...I had also checked her background and all seems fine."

"Ok, just forget about that and focus on your heart...if you have any feelings for her for now don't let it develop for now Damien. If you want to protect her you have to stay away from her. If you don't then be ready to face the consequences." The monk said in a very serious face.

"But how will I do that?"

"Do anything Damien...may be you can rudely behave towards her or can may be ignore her presence but don't let her be close to you. You can ask her for your forgiveness later but now you have to do this. You don't know how your enemies can use her against you. Don't worry...it's a matter of time. After the solving of this matter you can tell her every thing clearly. I believe that she will trust you in it. she is a very nice and intelligent girl Damien."

"Ok...I will try but what will I do when I can't control my emotions?"

"Then you have to face the consequences. I don't want to repeat it Damien. Don't ever give any hint to your enemies that you are having someone in your heart."

"Ok Father, if you say so..."

"Now it's my time for me to leave. Take care of yourself son and also don't forget what I've said to you." with that Damien nodes him and he headed towards his destination.

Now he is very very despondent. He can't decide what to do and what not to do. But he have to do this. With this thinking he just lost his appetite already. Now he is very irritated and vengeful. He can kill anyone who dares to cross his path. With his gloomy face and a very heavy heart he headed towards the castle and decided to go to his room directly for some rest to calm down his mind. But on the way Mrs Auris asked him about what happened and giving her the firm answer he again about to headed towards his room, only that time out of nowhere Crystal showed herself in front of him. When he saw her he instantly wants to hug her badly but remembering the great monk's word he resisted the urge of having her in his arms and then forced himself to blurt out those bitter words from his mouth.

But the moment he heard that she has prepared the dinner for him his heart get filled with so much joy and enthusiasm but at the same time he also has to maintain his distance from her. He can't give her any hope now otherwise they both will get hurt at the end. so again maintaining his cold aura he forced those bitter words again,

"I said get away Miss Crystal. Don't try to anger me more and more. I have already told you that I'm not in the mood of eating anything. I think you took me as a fool. By seeing the soft side of me don't get any type of wrong idea from that and also don't think that you are someone special for me. You are my healer and it will be the only relationship between you and me, so it's my duty to treat you well or else who knew that what might you will feed me saying that it is a medicine, and another thing Miss Crystal there is no need to cook any food for me...you are here as a healer not as a maid or a chef. So it will be better if you only keep focusing on your work." He told her very coldly without showing any expression on his face, and then suddenly started smirking very menacingly and told her in the same threatening voice, "and do you know the most important thing, I know you are not a vampire, but I have not having any proof against you. It seems like you are hiding your identity very well but remember the day I got to know about you completely, I swear I will not spare you even for a second so it will be better for you to get away from my path..."

When he saw that terrified expression on her face the urge to hug her becomes more and more in his mind. He wants to console her. He wants her to know that everything he has just said her was all lying. He wants to tell her that he feels something for her on his heart. but he can't do any of that. So without wasting any more time he headed towards his bedroom. He knew if one more second he will stay there he ended up by kissing and comforting her very badly.

After reaching there he called out for Christopher and ordered him to bring dinner for him and also told him that he should bring the dinner which was only made by Crystal. What if he doesn't want Crystal to know that he don't wants to eat the dish made by her, but how can he miss the golden opportunity of taste the food made by her only exclusive for him and also first time for him. He also told him that no one should know about this. not even a single maid. Christopher can't understand what he is saying but he also can't disobey the lord.

Christopher knows very well about lord's favourite dishes, so it didn't make him difficult to find food in the kitchen which the lord was asking for and also Crystal was made for the lord. That's why Christopher immediately enters the kitchen after getting the order from the lord and brought the food for him. Thank god that when he reached kitchen for the food no one was there so it becomes easy for him to bring the food without anyone's interference.

When Christopher reached lord's room he immediately put the food on the table and started to serve him. After that Damien told him to leave from there and with that he bowed to him and then left from there. He took the first bite of the food and the moment he put it in his mouth he got mesmerized by the taste of it. Slowly slowly he enjoys the food by taking his own time. After finishing it he called out for the maid to clean that area and then went to take rest for sometime.

In the following morning he got ready very early in the morning and have his breakfast and told Mrs Auris to inform Crystal about that he is waiting for her in the study chamber.

After sometime she enters his study where he was reading something and didn't even spare a glance towards her. But only he knew that he was watching her very secretly without her any prior knowledge. The time she was preparing the medicine for him, he used that time to keep himself busy by looking at her site. He is admiring her in his mind secretly but didn't dare to told her that she is looking extremely pretty. But when she turn around to face him he immediately brought back his gaze to his book again. Then she handed him the glass full of blood and then he drank it in one go and that time also he took his time to look at her while she was looking somewhere else but not towards him. When he finished that he ordered her to go out of the room in the same cold tone and he also knew that he again hurted her now very much. Then she went out of the room with a very heavy heart and headed towards the experiment room.
