Where should I even start?
I don't want to lie to her, but I can't exactly tell her the truth either. She hates Hayley, telling her I came all the way out here just to see her is like begging for death.
What do I do? What do I do?
She rose a perfectly arched brow, "Well?"
Let's breathe and take it slow. Start from the beginning and whatever you do, don't look into her eyes. She'll be able to see right through you if you do.
I took a deep breath and looked straight ahead. I filled her in on the situation with Amelia and told her about the argument I had with my grandmother.
"How long will she be there for?"
I shrugged, "I don't know, she doesn't have anywhere else to go at the moment but sooner or later she'll have to get a job and find her own place."
Cloey laughed, "What job? She's been a slut her entire life, I doubt she has any bit of education in that blonde, empty head of hers."
Cloey wasn't necessarily right.
