Out of all of Grandma's friends, Donna was the one I couldn't stand the most. They've known each other since high school, which in their case was since the time of the ice age.
She always treated my grandmother like shit and making her feel inferior. I just knew Donna was the reason my grandmother told lies about me being married. She always went on and on about her stupid granddaughter, Maya. Who gives a fuck if your granddaughter is engaged to the 70 year old mayor?
I'd say like grandmother like granddaughter but that's not at all true. They were complete opposites and not in a good way.
