Magic Kiss

It's currently Thursday, and I was supposed to be heading out to school. However, the weather today is unexpectedly bad. According to the news, there is a predicted thunderstorm, which has led to the cancellation of school today and tomorrow.

But as I look outside the window right now, the sun is still shining brightly. The contradiction between the predicted weather and the current sunny conditions leaves me puzzled. Perhaps the storm is yet to arrive, or maybe there was a change in the weather forecast. Regardless, it seems I'll have an unexpected break from school due to the uncertain weather conditions.

"Now, what should I do today? I could play on my PC or go for a small walk," I pondered as I slowly got off the bed. "I'll go check if there's anything left in the fridge." I walked out of my room and made my way to the kitchen.

Upon opening the fridge, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were still groceries and food items left. A sense of relief washed over me as I realized I wouldn't have to venture out to get something to eat.

Taking a closer look, I spotted some fresh fruits, a container of yogurt, and a few packaged snacks. "Oh? It's the ice cream from yesterday." I closed the fridge and lay down on the sofa as I start fiddling on my phone.

Then Maria walked past me, casting a curious glance in my direction. "Taneshima-sama, what are you doing?" she asked while balancing a basket full of laundry in her hands. I sat up from the sofa and replied, "I'm just checking the news to see if there are any updates."

"Hmmm, I believe the thunderstorm will arrive on Saturday," she smiled.

"Eh? How did you know?"

She paused for a moment, wearing a mischievous smirk. "Intuition~" she replied cryptically, before walking away towards the bathroom.

"Weird..." I mumbled as I reclined back on the sofa, my attention returning to my phone. "I'm bored... Maybe I should really play something on my PC." I got up from the couch and headed for my room.

But before I open the door, I can hear Scarlet swearing on the other side of the door. She's playing with my computer already... It's so early.

I opened the door and looked at Scarlet.

"F*ck! Trash! Stupid!" she swore, continuously smashing down the keyboard.

I walked slowly behind her and observed her gameplay. So she's playing League, huh? Oh, She's using Yasuo no wonder your raging.

After watching her play for several minutes, she ended up being defeated. "Sh*t!" she exclaimed, frustration evident in her voice. Standing up, she opened her palms, and to my shock, fire suddenly appeared.

"Wait, what?! FIRE?!"

Reacting quickly, I immediately grabbed her arms. "Oi! What are you trying to do!?"

"No! That's my PC! It cost me a lot!"

A sudden realization seemed to dawn upon Scarlet, and she slowly turned her head toward me. "H-Human..." she stammered.

"Yes?"

"You saw it, didn't you."

"You mean you lit a fire in your hand and were about to set my computer and apartment on fire?"

She remained silent for a moment. "So you did see," she sighed. As she sat down on the bed, he stared at the ground, seemingly lost in thought. "I don't know how to explain this, human."

Observing her sullen posture and pensive expression, I couldn't help but feel annoyed and concerned at the same time.

With a sigh, I flicked her forehead lightly.

"Ow!" She clutched her forehead.

"It's magic, right?"

"Y-Yes."

"Then, you don't have to worry."

"But you didn't believe that I was a demon lord!"

I averted my gaze slowly. "I mean, I thought you were joking..."

"But I'm not!"

"Yes, yes, I believe you now."

She glared at me, pouting slightly. "Then, are you going to be my servant from now on?"

I gave her a blank look before smiling menacingly. "No way."

"I still won't be your servant!"

"Grrr... then, if you become my servant, I'll give you some magic~"

I remained silent, maintaining my glare.

"Well? Accept now~"

Then Maria chimed in as she enters the room. But Scarlet-sama, You know that giving a human a magic means contract right?"

Scarlet shot a glare at Maria. "Of course, I know that, Maria!"

Maria's playful tone added a teasing element to the conversation. "Hmm~ Then you also know that when forming a contract, you two have to seal it with a kiss, right?~"

The mention of a kiss in the context of a contract caught me off guard, leaving me momentarily speechless as I slowly look at Maria.

"Uhm... How about no." I turned to look at Scarlet

"...Are you saying... you don't want to be kissed by me!?" Scarlet her cheeks puffing up with upset.

"N-No, that's not what I meant..." I stammered attempting to explain myself. However, before I could finish my sentence, Scarlet placed her hands on my cheeks, drawing my face closer to hers.

"Alright, human... I will do it!" And without hesitation, she leaned in and kissed me. Her lips met mine, and as the kiss deepened, I felt the gentle brush of her tongue against mine. The warmth of her tongue added a tingling sensation, causing a slight tingle to course through my body.

"My my, Scarlet-sama, you may want to stop now before Taneshima-sama absorbs too much mana," Maria chimed in with a playful tone.

But she didn't listen, and the tingling sensation intensified until it overwhelmed me. My vision blurred, and I collapsed, losing consciousness.

"Hm? Human?"

"Ara~ I told you~"

"W-What should I do, Maria?"

"For now~ Let him rest for today."

And with that, my first kiss was stolen by a demon lord. It was certainly an unexpected and embarrassing experience, losing consciousness in the process.
