Chapter 3

Just after her escape Monday wasn't liking the thought of going outside after her in such cold conditions, but if the boss were to find out he'll surely be fed to the EVOs he had somehow managed to capture with his high tech equipment. While heading out in warm winter clothes, he made his way down the snowy mountain seeing her footsteps that led off the cliff, before glancing down to see a little snow crater and a dragging trail leading into the forest nearby making it pretty clear that whatever had taken her has probably eaten by savage animals. "Well she's dead.. maybe.. absolutely.. probably not" trying to reassure that she was most likely dead, but anyone could survive that fall if a soft pile of snow was waiting down there to catch you, but when it came to animals he know she was able to communicate with them as if she was one of them.

Unnamed (Belladonna) PoV:

I feel myself slowly begin to wake up heavy eyes suddenly becoming lighter as I could finally feel my legs and arms again, but where am I? I hope i'm not back in that hell hole of a place again or i'll just kill myself here and now as I won't be able to withstand another minute of being around them.

I felt a head ache come on as I opened my eyes seeing a dark layout of what seemed to be a den of some sort as I groaned while sitting myself up placing a hand on my forehead from where I could've hit it during the fall. How could I have survived that? Death at this point would be better than living all alone with no place to call home.

"Ah. Tiny human you're awake" Who was that and why did they call me tiny? Am I really that small? I turned around to see a huge black fluffy wolf hovering above me as we locked eye contact staring into his scarlet red eyes while he stared into mine. "Does you understand me?" He questioned I slowly nodded my head seeing how confused he looked by my response as I remained silent refusing to expose my voice to anyone I hardly know. "Good.. my hunters dragged you here to my pack due to your odd scent, so I offered to shelter you until you're able to walk on your own again. Only if you don't tell another human being where we are located, do we have a deal?" Stalking closer with his face inches away from mine I gulped hesitant if he would actually let me go with my life I were to keep his promise. I nodded again as he nuzzled my nose in response gesturing that we had made a deal, I remain here until I'm eligible to walk alone again and he gets to keep his pack safe from other humans similar to Evil Zak and Dan.

I remained there until he brought back a fluffy pelt of skin he seemed to have cleaned and dried on his own accord before tossing it to me as I accepted it as my appreciation to his kindness. "Maybe not all creatures are bad, but I don't want to judge him so soon even though I do need to get going before HE catches up to me, and drags me back for even more unbearable torture" thinking of fear the Alpha caught on and sat beside me being bigger than me as he was fully a grown male alpha wolf, something anyone would want to befriend or they would experience every bones in their body being shatter, snapped and torn apart limb from limb if they were ever to be on his bad side.

"You are afraid of someone, may I ask if it's a human by any chance?" He politely asked as I slowly nodded shivering not from the cold, but of fear that this sadistic boy would get me if I don't get up anytime soon. "Ah, I see. They're hunting you down too, but don't be afraid I will ensure that no human will enter or come close to my territory, and if so I will help you escape myself. It's the least I can do" he kindly gestured as another wolf came rushing over in a hurry.

"Alpha! A human has just entered your territory and has already killed most of our kind! What should we do?" He yelled as I jolted knowing exactly who it was making me crawl out from the Alpha's den without the fluffy pelt shivering from the cold breeze that hit my skin.

"Alert the others! I need this human stopped immediately?!" The Alpha growled giving his kind direct orders to stop this threat from coming any closer, he appeared by my side once again as my eyes remained glued to my surroundings frantically looking around for HIM to arrive. "Come on, I need to get you out here" he instructed once more as he guided the way, and of course I followed him deeper into the forest hearing them fight against HIM as I knew for a fact that only HE can do something like this without any hesitation due to his sadistic nature.

"He's coming! I can feel it, he knows where I am?!" Thinking again losing all control of my self as out of nowhere a rock skimmed my face hitting the Alpha that walked beside me as he groaned slowly stopping in his tracks.

"Crap.. where the heck did that rock come from?" He mumbled to himself shaking his head slowly becoming dizzy the making it harder for me to escape.

"There you are, Doll~" I froze at the sound of his face as I glanced behind me seeing HIM standing there casually throwing and catching a rock with his left hand while maniacally smirking at me. "Looks like Mr, Wolfie wouldn't be able to help you anymore, hehehe. Just give up and come back with me, you have no chance of surviving out here in these conditions" He added as the Alpha went in front of me sending Evil Zak back a few steps confused on what it was doing.

"You need to run and get away from here as fast as you can! NOW?!" He growled making dead on eye contact with the enemy making Monday think that the Alpha was becoming aggressive towards him, so I did what he ordered and bolted off in the direction we were supposed to be going hearing Zak's follow after for a few seconds before he was heard being tackled down by the Alpha allowing me to get away again, but this time without looking back. However it wasn't long when the Alpha's yelps of pain were heard causing me to push my feet even further ignoring the pain of frostbite they were receiving.

No one's PoV:

Despite running for what seemed like hours she continued to run for her life refusing to let anything stop her from escaping a life full of hell, having no memory of anything she once knew and loved fearing that she would be taken back to that place, and be murdered for attempting to flee a man who had no other intention, but to use her for his sick experiments.

Monday wasn't that far behind following her footsteps in the snow knowing where she could be possibly going as the closest civilisation is several miles away making it far too easier to catch her if she were to stop and rest hoping the snow to stop or he'll never find her.

"I need to.. keep going.." mumbling to herself while slowing down unaware of the human sized caged trap that was set nearby, she accidentally stepped on the contraption that resulted in her being caged up by steal metal bars as she panicked grabbing them tightly trying her best to shake or break them, and to no prevail she was stuck due to how weak and frail she had become fully unable to break, lift or do anything her body was once enable her to do when it used to be strong and healthy. "no.. NO! Let me out!" Crying out in fear while banging frantically against the bars as bushes nearby could be heard rustling causing her heart to race uncontrollably, thinking that her life had come to an end.

"Really? This is what happens when you escape. Captured by a hunters trap. *suddenly stops sees a familiar looking logo* Hunters I absolutely hate and will do anything to never see them again!" He growled to himself as she gulped backing into a corner of the cage further away from him as he began to slowly walk around the cage, while she moved away refusing to let him grab a hold on her. "I wonder what they'll do to you if they find out how much of a monster you are? They might even kill you for me!" He exclaimed with a smirk attempting to paint a fake and horrifying picture in the poor girl's head to fear innocent people.

"Coward.." she mumbled as hearing his making him grit his teeth and bolt over grabbing the dirty ripped dress she was wearing and aggressively pulled her into the bars hurting her even more then expected possibly bruising her poor little ribs.

"Say that again! I dare you" he growled getting in her face being unreasonably mean to someone who has done nothing to him before running off and calling him a coward, but that was very brave of her to do.

"I advise that you release her this instant, Monday. Unless you want to settle this personally" a male voice called out from the shadows before stepping forward into the light making him look over seeing Doc standing there in all his glory. Monday snarled as he aggressively pushing her backwards making her hit her head against the metal bars knocking her out as she hit the cold bottom of the cage unconscious a few seconds after unsure of what had just happened.

"Whatever. I was getting bored of playing with her anyway" Monday relied before leaving not willing to start a fight with someone not his size and not now anyway, as there is a plan far more important that he needs to do first before getting his revenge on the Saturday's.

Doc sighed walking over to the cage seeing her laid down bandaged up on both arms and legs unsure if releasing her like this was a smart idea, so he deactivated the trap picking her up with one arm while deactivating the contraption before leaving to their new underground base where then he would leave the rest to his lovely wife Drew.

"The poor girl, who knows what he could've done to her" Drew sympathised seeing the state the girl was in and how Doc was able to describe the fear that was painted on her face when he went to the trap saving her from a very horrific fate. "Bandaging to cover up the damage as well.. this is just going too far" seeing the bandages that hide her wounds wondering if she even wanted to see what lies underneath them.

She was able to carefully draw out some blood without waking the poor girl up to see if she had anything wrong with her, but it was clean and a completely new blood type which is similar to Blood type O and Rh-null, but better in every way. Things began to escalate when the girl's body began to shiver from the ragged dress she was wearing making Drew to bring a heat blanket wrapping the poor kid up to prevent hyperthermia from kicking in while keeping a close eye on her temperature refusing to lose another human.

However, an hour later the white haired girl who has become a cozy burrito in that heat blanket was beginning to steadily regain consciousness, freezing in shock and fear like a deer in headlights when seeing the room of the lab she was laid in scared to even move a single muscle.

"Where am I?" She thought to herself having over a million things going through her tiny mind scared to see those evil people again that made her life a living hell. Gulping loudly she grew the courage to sit up seeing the blanket that kept her warm, keeping it wrapped around her reusing to let it go seeing the room being completely new and a woman with white hair that was tied specifically in a ponytail typing data on a computer. "Who's that? I haven't seen that person before, did I get rescued?" Unsure of what to think Drew turned around looking straight at the girl before freezing in place as well making the both of them locked eye contact.

"You're awake.." Drew said before beginning to walk towards her, but immediately stopped when the girl backed up a little clearly afraid of this stranger making things even more difficult for her to help this poor child. "No don't be afraid, I ain't going to hurt you. I'm simply here to help you" trying her best to reassure that there isn't anything to be afraid of now even if she was rescued from one of their traps that wasn't made to capture humans, but what were they made for?

The girl still looked uneasy not wanting to believe anything that Drew was saying due to bad past experiences she was shown never once shown affection or appreciation.

"What is she saying? Helping..me? But what if she's lying to me just like the others? I refuse to fall down the same path twice" the girl thoughtfully thought to herself not wanting to trust another being every again unless they redeem themselves to be a good ally than a threat. Looking afraid at Drew really put some pressure on her shoulders unsure of what to do in this situation.

"You really don't want to believe me, do you?" Drew asked putting a hand on her hips as Doc came in seeing the kid awake and his wife who seemed to have given up.

"What's the matter?" He asked walking up to her before looking at the kid he saved from Zak Monday a very evil and sadistic villain. "Ah. You can't really blame the kid, love. She was chased down by Monday after all, so give her some time. She'll come around" seeing the situation knowing that the kid could've went through some bad stuff and doesn't want to relive them.

"What do we do about Zak? She'll think he's going to hurt her like his evil counterpart" Drew replied concerned of how she could introduce her to their son even though he looked, but doesn't act like Monday. Doc understood the risks and the reaction the kid might have when seeing their son, so maybe having her stick around in the lab for a little while wouldn't be bad, would it?

"Why not introduce her to Fiskerton? I'm sure they'll get along just fine" Doc suggested the idea which didn't seem bad as maybe this could help grow her confidence when introduced to everyone else in the facility. Drew was unsure, but agreed to it since no other ideas came to mind that could possibly get the girl to trust them hoping that this could shed some light on the situation.

When he left Drew was yet again alone with the kid not wanting to leave her unsupervised incase she tried to do something funny with the tech or break something important.

"What's up with this kid? She's acting as if I'm going to kill her or something" Drew thought with a sigh standing there as the girl kept on looking at her while the room remained dead silent, so silent that you could even hear a pin drop from a mile away.

"Why is she staring at me?" The girl thought before taking cover underneath the heat blanket uncomfortable thinking that she wouldn't be able to see her anymore, but it made her even more adorable and innocent than anything else. "You can't find me now" thinking that she had got away for good l, but she was just lying to herself.

When Fiskerton was brought in he was unsure of where this girl was before coming over to the table where the heat blanket was covering her, as he got curious and got down lifting up one of the corners seeing her hiding underneath in a little ball.

"Hello?" Talking in a language she could understand making her glance up at him seeing his peering eyes at her seeing how scared she was. "You don't have to be afraid anymore, you're safe here these nice people saved me so let them help you" kindly speaking to her as she understood his kind words, slowly coming out from the heat blanket allowing him to getting a full view of her and the bandages that wrapped around her for arms and lower knees. Fiskerton looked at Drew as she walked over still seeing uneasiness, but the trust was slowly building up.

"Will they hurt me?" The girl talked back in his language as he shook his head no with a trusting smile ensuring her that these people are nicer and will do anything to make her feel at home.

"What's hiding underneath your bandages?" He asked pointing at them making her glance down lifting her left arm up before touching the bandaging, until slowly unraveling it revealing several scars and cuts that seem to be in the process of healing making Drew gasp in shock, hurt from what she was seeing knowing that she was right all along.

"They always wanted my blood so they cut deep wounds into my skin in order to get it, the pain was unbearable so I usually passed out after 10 seconds before the real pain kicked in. Zak once broke my arm because I refused to follow orders, it really hurt when they forced it back in though. I don't want to go back there anymore" randomly blurting in Fiskerton's language leaving his shocked and confused on what to say as Drew began unwrapping and wrapped up the girl's scars back up with clear and more durable bandages to prevent infection with the newly opened wounds that needed to be defected and healed properly before anything can be done.

Fiskerton tried his best to not get overwhelmed by the imagination of what this poor girl had to endure, and by the fact that Monday actually went along and broke her arm for not following instructions made it clear that introducing her to the real Zak Saturday will be a real challenge. Will she come to realise the difference between the two? Or will she just see the same between the good and the evil?
