He rush up to Ivanie relieve Washing over him.

"Hmmmm" Ivanie words came out incoherent because of the tape on her lips.

Vlad untied her hurriedly and remove the tape.

"Vlad....." She broke down in tears hugging him tightly. Vlad pat her and she sniffle back the tears pulling away, Vlad look her over to see if she was hurt In anyway.

"Are you okay does it hurt anywhere, tell Ivanie does it hurt anywhere" Ivanie nodded looking as worry line began knitting on his forehead.

"Where?" He asked his face darken.

"My heart, I thought I was going to die Vlad I was terrified and alone I..."

The sound of police vehicles fill the ground, the man who had kidnapped Ivanie wince at the massive blow he received earlier, he stagger on his feet and tried looking for an exit to escape the cops.

The door bang open and he had no where to run to.

"Shit" he cursed and tried pushing the cops off so he could escape.

"Hands up" the officer said pointing the gun at him.

Ivanie sat in-between her parents her mom tending to her her dad sighing at every chances he get.

"Oh God what is happening now, why would anyone want to kidnap Ivanie" Mrs Shanks said.

"Probably for money" Mr Shanks replied .

"If that was the case they would have demanded for ransom as soon as Ivanie was taken." Mrs Markin replied.

Ivanie sigh sitting amongst the elders was nothing she took pleasure in, but Vlad had dropped her off at home and rush off again.

"It a good thing Vladimir found you early, who knows what worst would have taken place if things dragged on long," Elder Markin said. The old man had worry obvious on his face.

"Who ever had done this would surely come again, we should all be on the look out" Mr Shanks said.

Vladimir walk into the room where the kidnapper was being held, he was bond tightly to a chair and was placed in the middle of a dark room with just a single lamp shining above him.

Vlad rolled up his sleeves looking at the rolls of pointed knives on the table.

He picked up the tiniest one and tried the sharpness on the tip of his finger, his lips curled in satisfaction seeing as blood sip out of his hand.

The man on the chair gulp down his spit and tried shifting but seeing as he was bound to a chair he gave up the idea.

"Give me the name of the master mind" Vlad said leaning over the man, he gave him no space to breathe properly.

"I don't k... Ahhhhhhh" he shriek the blade came piercing into his thigh.

Blood spilled out his wound as Vlad pulled out, the man groan holding back his pain not wanting to give up easily.

"Name?"

"You would get nothing from me..... Ahhhhhh" he cried out again another sharp pain piercing his torso, his blue top soak in blood and his jean all wet from blood.

"Give me the name" Vlad said raising

the knife to lift his jaw.

"I....I" he was now a crying mess.

"Hmmm your eyes seems quite useless you barely see with it, how about I plug it out first?"

"Nooooo no please I would tell you spare me." The man rant pleading, Vladimir move back a little so he would get a better look at his face.

"Speak" he demanded.

"It it ahhhh it....." He stammer his words incoherent, Vlad grit his teeth in annoyance and stab the knife into his collar bone avoiding his Vital point by an inch.

"Ahhhh Xenia, it Xenia I promise" the man cried out in pain, his neck throbbing and bleeding.

Vlad eyes turned cold instantly, he narrowed his brow at the man accessing him for any sort of lie.

"She paid me to kidnap her from the company, think of it how did I get to enter the company in the first place without a pass, she helped me with it." The man rant.

Vlad pocketed his hand after dropping the knife back on the table, he turn and left the door slamming shut behind him.

Xenia bite down on her nails walking back and front her mind a mess, she was sure she would be exposed.

Her clothes were already pack and she plan on leaving before the police come looking for her.

"That darn bastard, am sure he would spilled the truth to the cops, I knew he couldn't be trusted. Now Vlad would come for me..... Oh no oh no no I have to leave"

She began packing her things into her bag and dragging them out the compound to escape.

She got the luggage successfully into her trunk and got behind the wheel before driving out her compound.

Mr shanks put Ivanie to bed pulling up the duvet to cover her properly.

"Dad am relieved to see you, I missed you so much while you were gone" Ivanie said smiling at him.

"Am sorry I couldn't make it to your birthday, I didn't intend not to come I was caught up in a situation" He told her.

"Has it been solved?" Ivanie asked

He nodded pulling her hair away from her face, he pat her head and lay a kiss on her forehead before Saying.

"Go to bed dear it late, am sure you are exhausted" he said.

Ivanie nodded with a smile before closing her eyes.Tomorrow was another day.
