Confess

Inside the headquarters of the continent's strongest country's biggest military organization, outside the main building, and in a relatively far location from any other facilities, a group of people wearing military and special operation uniforms were surrounding an all-black building that had been restored just recently.

Since early in the morning, this building, as well as its surroundings, like the cars parked in the vicinity, have been experiencing a strange phenomenon.

Just like how it had been for the past few hours, the whole place suddenly started to quake and shake. The tall and sturdy black walls shook and some dust and pebbles fell down from the ceiling. The shaking continued for a few seconds before it died down.
