Two days had passed since the Overlord devoured the colossal octopus, leaving nothing but emptiness in its wake.
"Mmm, that was truly delicious. I must find another one to satisfy my cravings. However, before venturing into this immense abyss, I should scout the area," pondered the Overlord in its thoughts.
During the past two days, the Overlord had basked in the joy of abundant food, sparing itself the effort of hunting for prey. Thus, it roamed the surroundings in search of a second colossal pit.
In the eyes of the Overlord, these massive holes symbolized delectable feasts. If it discovered another such cavity nearby, another considerable octopus might lurk within.
For most of the past two days, the Overlord tirelessly scoured the depths of the submarine plain, occasionally surfacing to the sea's surface for some fresh air and sun.
