Let Me be with You

My name is Ayuni, my age is almost 17 years old. I go to a private school in the Jakarta area. I currently live with Papa here because Papa moved to this area.

My Papa and Mama have been separated for a long time because of trivial problems, namely finances, which sometimes I do not understand, money can actually destroy and separate every family that is not strong enough to bear it together.

Oh yes I also have a guy friend, he's very handsome ... his name is Jimmy, he likes to be with me and he also likes to pick me up to go to school together. Jimmy is not my boyfriend, but between him and I are always together, if he is said to be a friend, he is more than a friend to me, but if he is said to be a girlfriend ... between us there is nothing, because there is no bond or the binding conversation between me and Jimmy.

"Jimmy ... will you be able to take me to the photocopier later? Because I want to photocopy questions about this test!"

I asked Jimmy who had been sitting quietly in the corner of this school park bench, and as usual if I needed help from Jimmy I looked for him in this place.

because this place is the place where Jimmy is easiest I find. "Yes ... I'll take you to the photocopy place later ..." Jimmy answered me in an indifferent and compulsive tone.

I don't know what's going on with Jimmy because Lately I feel Jimmy turning 90 ° to me.

Is he mad at me? because I didn't tell him that my twin brother Ayuna will transfer schools with me here ?! Hhmmmm .... But I don't think that's the cause because Jimmy knew from the start that I had twins, and we got separated because Mama and Papa got divorced.

Or maybe there is some other reason why it turned out like this to me! I really wanted to ask Jimmy, but I'm afraid that later it will make him even more angry with me.

In the end I can only let this problem go by because I will try to find time to ask Jimmy directly why he could change to me now.

Actually, even though Jimmy always thinks of me as just his best friend, it makes me very happy, because I can always be by his side, and he is always there when I need him.

"Ayuni, where do you want me to take you? The photocopy near the market or the red light intersection is where the photocopy is ..." Jimmy asked me.

"Just the one near the intersection, Jim !! so that later we can eat meatballs there ... I'll treat you, Jim"

I replied spoiled to Jimmy.

Then Jimmy immediately woke up from his seat and he pulled my hand, he wanted me to follow him ...

"Ok .. !! Lets Go ... walk ..." said Jimmy without turning to me, and I followed him.

Jimmy took me to the photocopy place with his motorbike, Jimmy has a very cool style, the uniform he wears is always never tidy, he only has 4 buttons on the shirt, then combed hair using only his fingers, even though he doesn't look good. Never noticed himself but Jimmy has different advantages from his male friends at this school, Jimmy has slanted eyes and a sharp nose and Jimmy has white skin and a tall body, who wouldn't be tempted by his eyes when he saw a guy like this.

Many friends ask, is Jimmy my boyfriend? Because all this time I was the only woman who could approach him, to be honest ... sometimes the question made me flower. I will be happy when it comes true.

but all the questions I could never answer because Jimmy never thought of me as his lover.

I can only hope that time will answer all of this, what is certain is that now I am very happy even though he only considers it as the closest of friends or only as his best friend.

"Ayuni, this shop right?" Jimmy asked and then he turned off the sound of his motorbike, because the photocopy holder I wanted to go to was already in front of me.

"Yes ... ok !! I went to the photocopy place, and you ordered the meatballs first ... as usual ..." I immediately got off his favorite motorbike and told Jimmy to order him a bowl of meatballs for me too.

After I finished my photocopy, I went to the shop next door, namely the meatballs shop where I told Jimmy to order it first.

I saw Jimmy who was sitting playing with the spoon in his meatball bowl, he was patiently waiting for me. I walked over to him and Jimmy then looked at me who was walking towards him, he looked at me sharply, Not the slightest smile formed on his lips.

Don't ever expect to get a smile from Jimmy because his smile is very expensive for him. although in the years I have known him maybe only 10 or 20 times I saw him smile. yaa ... this is Jimmy, a man who belongs to the type of person who is quite mysterious.
