Is it, Nickel?

After knowing who owns the car that follows Zoey when she's gone, Nickel immediately exited the security office and drives his vehicle to where he thinks Michael might bring Zoey. Although it was a stupid idea to go to his apartment, Nickel was overruled by his emotions and desperation to see and find Zoey before the day ends.

Michael's apartment seems like an abandoned unit because not a single soul answered his calls to open the door. "Fuck you, Cortez. Open this god damn door." It is said to be that Nickel was already making a scene in that building that makes the other residents on the same floor curiously butt out their heads out of their doors to see what the hell was happening outside.

An old man who saw the depth of his emotions on his cries tried to comfort him. "Young man. I know I'm not in the right position but it seems like that the person you are looking for is not inside that unit. The person who lives there hasn't been home for a week or two. Also, its already might late and I still have a grandson who needs to see early."

The old tries to console Nickel as he also knows that Michael deserves the hatred that this young man was feeling. Michael was indeed a pain in the ass to all the residents of that floor. He never followed any rules of the building. He always looks down at the other people as if he was the only entitled person on earth.

Nickel also realized that it was already late that night to create a commotion and tried to produce a demon to go outside the door. He apologized to the old man and excuse himself. Now that he already has the identity of the vehicle owner he is now one step closer to find Zoey.

The Alcantaras were all distressed to find any clue of Zoey's whereabouts. None of all their connections can say who abducted her or where she has been sent off. Alfie who also hasn't blinked an eye was still on his phone trying his best to contact Nickel.

He couldn't leave the elderly Alcantaras because he thought he could be the instrument for Nickel to pass any information he had gathered.

Zick missed his duty because it was his sister we are talking about. He also used all his handful connections to help them find the youngest Alcantara.

On that depth of the night, Nickel arrived at the main residence. Fatima immediately saw his figure and rush towards him. "Son, have you found Zoey? Where is she now? I want to come with you to get here. Please tell me, where is my baby?" It wasn't just him that built up the desperation to find Zoey. Of course, it would be an understatement to think that her parents will calmly sit down and wait for any information that other people will feed them.

"Tita, I'm sorry but I haven't found her yet. The only thing that I knew was Michael had her." Fatima's complexion instantly turned white as a sheet of paper after hearing that the Cortez bastard took her only daughter.

"What did you say?" A scary deep voice echoed the entire residence, that voice emanates an intimidating aura. Everyone inside the mansion looked at the direction of the voice. Every single eye shows their own share of hate from the men who created Zoey's kidnapper.

"I said, what did you say?" the scary voice once again echoed. Nickel was about to answer him back when Mr. Alcantara hides him from his back and looked at the man harassingly asked Nickel if he had said the wrong name.

"Miguel let me ask you how's Michael by the way? Have you been in touch with your good son from these past few days?" Mr. Cortez paled that instant after Mr. Alcantara's rebuts. Cortez just wants to sympathize with the obstacle that their business partner had to face. It was a face-saving moment he, Mr. Cortez, thought.

The relationship between the two families has been rough since Mrs. Alcantara found out what did Michael had done to their sweet baby girl that made her flew abroad to spare herself from the guy who almost ruined her sanity.

"Nico, what are you talking about? Of course, Michael is fine and you also know that he already moved out of our house since he was in college. He seldom visited us as he was too busy with his work." Mrs. Cortez tried to soothe out the situation.

At the corner of the living room, Zick suddenly spoke out and asked the Cortezes that would validate the information that Nickel had.

*In a playful manner, as if he was just curious* "Tita! I forgot to ask what was Michael's plate number again? The head nurse forgot to ask him. We need to add that information to Zoey's file of response." (The scene that Zick was asking was the time that Zoey fainted in front of Michael and Michael rush her to the hospital because he thought something bad had happened to her.)

"I'm not sure which car did he used but its either MKC990 or CTZ369." Mrs. Cortez answered.

"Is it, Nickel?" After Mrs. Cortez answered him, Zick seriously looked at Nickel as if he was asking him if the plate number that Michael's mother mentioned where the same plate number he identified.

"Yes, Kuya Zick."
