Chapter 3 The Journey

Valir travels to the land of the dawn where General Tigreal will be found. While traveling, he saw a girl with wings being attacked by a giant turtle. He rushed in and help the girl. "Searing Torrent!" Unleashing a torrent of flames, knocking the turtle back. "Are you alright?" Valir asked. He carried the girl and run away while casting an attack. "Burst Fire!" Detonating a raging flame and reduce the turtles movement speed. She drop the girl on a safe spot then go back to defeat the giant turtle. "Mystic Gush!" Firing a sustained blast of emblem energy towards the turtle. Valir defeated the turtle. His Enchanted Talisman glowed and absorb the giant turtle. "Wooooh... What happened?" Asking himself. He felt strong energy flowing inside his body. "So the talisman can absorb energy?" He continued. Valir goes back to the girl he saved and talk to her. "I'm Pale Flame, what's your name?" "My name is Rafaela..." She replied. "Where are you from? And why do you have wings?" He asked. "I'm a fallen angel. I don't know where I came from." She answered. "Are you alone? Do you have a place to live?" Looking at her with sadness. "I don't have a place to stay" she replied. "Do you want to travel with me? I'm going to the Land of the Dawn. I promise to protect you if you will go with me." He asked. "Ok Mr. Pale Flame" while smiling. "Just Flame will be fine. No need to add Mister." And start walking.

It took them 3 weeks to arrived at the land of the dawn. "Excuse me. Can I ask where to find General Tigreal?" Valir asking the people walking the streets. The people become silent and took out their swords. "Who are you? How do you know General Tigreal?" Asked by a man with sphere. "I am Pale Flame. You can call me Flame. My master, Gord, told me to come and look for General Tigreal." Valir replied. "Oh... So you know Master Gord? The Former Hellfire Teacher of the Celestial Palace. We thought he was already dead? Good thing his alive." The man answered. "Ok. Follow me. My name is Zilong. I'm the nephew of General Tigreal." "Nice meeting you Zilong. The girl beside me is Rafaela." Valir replied.
