Here in the Phil World the City status is divided to four:

Citizen, Noble, Lord, Worship.

This status is not easy to get, you need to make life and death Quest and obtain Spacility Points. You can make your status upgrade every time you achieve 50 Spacility Points and every life and death Quest you can only obtain 1-20 Points Randomly.

With this status of him even he make crime at the safe zone the guard will not be at his way, that's why there are many players want to get Points even it cause them to loose there life.

In Jhasper's past life he achieve only Noble status after making hundred of Life and Death Quest. Now that he get this status, his plan will going to become easy.
