CHAPTER 12

August, the month most student despise but at the same time people are excited meeting new people, hanging out with friends, finding new love and maybe hoping love would find them.

It's not the same for this guy who was still sleeping soundly in his bed as rain pours down heavily from the skies like it was crying out for something that just happened.

The sound of his alarm clock woke him up from another nightmare and it has been like that since summer break started.

"W-what was that dream? " He placing his hand on his pounding crazily heart down to his stomach where he felt a little scared when he remembered the pain. "What? " He searched for his phone and immediately jumped out of bed to see the time.

"SHIT! I'm gonna be late! " He moved as fast as he could and left his apartment in a hurry, running through the rain and not caring if he gets wet.

"Tyler Parker! What the hell are you doing in the rain you stupid guy? " Rafael Potter his bestfriend since they were kids passed by him in a car. "Oh Raf! Thank God! I thought I'm gonna be late! Good thing you brought this baby with you. " He opened the door to the passenger seat of Rafael's Black Ford. "I didn't even tell you to come inside, you're fckng wet, I don't want my baby's seat being wet by your ass, dumbass. "

Tyler acted all hurt but didn't even budge. "I won't go back out to that rain. Now drive my bestbro. " Rafael just snorted and drive all the way to their school. The rain still pouring so heavily and students are running around, some are staying at a shed not moving an inch, some have had fun dancing in the rain as they smile, and some are just passer-by who doesn't even care.

"Hey, Parker. What are you thinking? You're spacing out. " Tyler glances at Rafael who is busy looking for a spot to park the car. "Well, I have this weird dream for the whole summer. " His friend nodded as he spots for a space. "Okay.. what is it about? Okay we'll park here. Get down dumbass. " Tyler chuckles and get out of the car and starts to ran towards the building following him is Rafael who is struggling to keep his car keys inside his pocket.

They were walking to class and Tyler started talking about his 'weird dream' to his friend. "I don't remember everything but you were there and you even have a wife! That's crazy! " Rafael glared at him "So you mean to say it's impossible for me to have a wife? Huh you dumbass! " Then they playfully punched each other and laugh about it. "But anyways, I don't remember everything. I met a beautiful woman but I don't even remember how she looks like or what's her name. "

Rafael nodded and they both silently walk side by side. As Tyler watch the rain pours down he suddenly thought of something. "Do you think the rain holds a memory of when/how it was evaporated from the bodies of water? " Rafael sighed and raises his eyes and eyebrows to his weird friend's question but decided to answer. "Parker, it doesn't really matters if it remembers or not. They're a cycle, whether they remember or not they can't do anything about it. " Tyler nods his head in agreement

"The way you said it, it almost sounds like—OOOOFPP! " It's probably fated or maybe not but he just bumped into someone, a girl with a slender body, long hair, pale skin and green eyes. Their eyes met and by the looks of it the girl was scanning Tyler's appearance as well. "Are you done checking me out Miss? Should I help you up now? " The girl snorted and lift herself up then brush away the dusk off her uniform before she look back at Tyler who was smiling before her.

"Sorry to break it up to you Mr. But YOU were the one checking me out. Anyways, I'm sorry. " Then she walks away leaving Tyler and Rafael in daze. Then Rafael chuckles a bit as if recognizing who the girl was, Tyler look at his friend and ask. "What was that? "

"I don't know what happened Parker but you just got sassed out by Lavender Green. " Tyler laugh with his friend but something hits him, something that made him stop laughing.

His memory went back to his dreams, Lavender's smile, her swaying hair as she walks, her beautiful green eyes, her gorgeous face, the way she laughs when he jokes around with her, her hugs and cuddles, her scent when he sniff into her neck, her giggles, everything about Lavender Green was being brought back to Tyler's memory.

"Parker? Are you crying? " Rafael stared at his friend, Tyler didn't even notice his tears. He brushes them off and run off to where Lavender is heading. "TYLER! "

He run and run until he arrived at the art room and there she is confusedly looking at him. He takes a deep breath before he walks towards her feeling his heart leaps with joy upon seeing her, not in dreams but in reality.

This is the woman he's been looking all throughout summer. The woman who is gonna be with him in this lifetime and even after. The woman he'll love forever and ever.

"W-what.. what are you doing?! " She exclaimed when he grabbed both of her shoulders and hugged her so tight while he sneaks his face between her neck and shoulder blades, taking in her scent. "W-whaaat.. l-let go! "

"Lavender.. Lavender.. I won't let you go, never again. " He look straight to her eyes and whispered lovingly.

"Do you remember me my love? It's me.. Tyler Parker.. "

Upon hearing those words Lavender felt a sting in her heart, the longing and the missing pieces of her life being filled up. Soon her green eyes glistened with tears.

She was found. He found her.
