AN: So many of you complain about why the MC levels up too slowly. 

Why, u ask? Tbh, i don't know as well.

Maybe because having something like a Rinne Sharingan before the canon even starts sounds like... ass? 

It's only been three days since he got here, chill tf down bro.

While Kayn was asleep soundly under his bed, Sarutobi Hiruzen and Shimura Danzo, finally made a heartwarming reunion.

Well, throughout the day, Danzo did nothing but stuff himself inside his little hiding hole.

In that entire time, the two didn't communicate with each other that's why right now, they had lots of things to catch up on. Given that in just a short amount of time, lots of things happened.

"Hiruzen, tomorrow the Uchiha clan will begin searching for Shisui's body..."

The two had already known each other for decades, so with just a glance, Sarutobi already understood what Danzo truly meant.

"Be careful of the Uchiha clan taking this opportunity to escape, and prevent them from finding Uchiha Shisui's body."

Hiruzen puffed a smoke and then said "As I said to them earlier, Shisui is not only a shinobi of Uchiha but also the village. I already arranged for the Anbu to help them with the search tomorrow."

Danzo nodded in satisfaction "As long as you are prepared."

However, as calm as they might seem from the outside, inside, a contradicting emotion lingers around them entirely.

The reason for this is different based on their respective motives.

In Danzo's corner, as much as he likes to disregard the existence of the Uchihas, with their current situation, which is comparable to a looming storm, he can't help but still be afraid.

If things were to go against their plan, the entire Uchiha clan might go crazy and go to war with them at all costs. He was also worried that tomorrow, they would take the opportunity to escape from Konoha, causing endless troubles for them.

"This is all because of that brat Shisui's fault! "People's hearts are fickle." Danzo reminded "Itachi Uchiha can be trusted to a certain extent, but not completely. Although he did the right thing by going against his Clan, who can be sure that he will not betray the village tomorrow!"

"We must take the initiative to put a shackle on him so that he can only stand on our side."

Sarutobi Hiruzen asked, "What's on your mind?"

Danzo did not answer immediately, but instead, changed the subject and talked about another matter "Kayn Uchiha, I have asked someone to investigate him. This is what they found about him."

Danzo took out a scroll hidden inside his sleeves and pushed it toward Hiruzen's desk.

Then, Hiruzen looked up at Danzo for a second, showing him a pretty meaningful look, before opening the scroll.

Overall, the scroll contains a detailed account of Kayn's interpersonal relationships, a brief analysis of his personality, and the missions he had performed after graduating from the Academy.

And most importantly, the changes that happened in his life during these past few days.

While Hiruzen was reading the information scroll, Danzo on the other hand, unleashed a Forbidden Jutsu, the infamous Yap no Jutsu.

"Before, this kid's stance towards the current situation was always leaning in our favor. But when Shisui committed suicide, he briefly disappeared from the usual gathering of Uchiha Clan members."

"However, days later, he finally stepped out of his room and attended the meetings again. After that, is where things started to make no sense. As you know, that old antique Uchiha Setsuna suddenly asked to participate in the peace talks with Fugaku out of nowhere."

"At the same time, Kayn Uchiha followed Setsuna's trusted butler to the police force. They then suddenly arrested an old carpenter named Genno, and secretly transferred him afterward."

"... Then, when the Uchiha clan held a clan meeting, Kayn Uchiha stood at the center of it, openly and successfully instigated the entire clan to fight to the death with Konoha."

Sarutobi Hiruzen looked at the photo in the file and frowned slightly.

He remembered that this young man had been staring at him with his Sharingan this afternoon, and would even convey messages to Uchiha Setsuna several times during the conversation.

Danzo continued "After returning to the Uchiha clan in the afternoon, he then quickly moved into Uchiha Setsuna's residence."

"Hiruzen, I think the boy is not a puppet pushed to the front. Even if the sudden change of the Uchiha clan was not led by him, I'm sure it is closely related to him."

This statement is somewhat shocking.

Danzo then took out a new scroll, which recorded the content of Kayn's entire speech during the clan meeting. Allegedly of course.

"To be honest, I had the same reaction when I read what's written in that information report I gave you." Shimura Danzo emphasized again "This young Uchiha is very dangerous!"

Sarutobi Hiruzen had to admit that he had made a mistake here. Somehow, even after seeing his presence, he actually chose to ignore such a high-risk person.

Fortunately... it isn't too late to act yet.

"I'm guessing you want to get rid of him?"

Danzo said coldly "No, getting rid of him will only detonate the Uchiha bomb prematurely, which is not in the interests of our Konoha. Using Itachi Uchiha, I'll simply turn him into a useless person who's incapable of doing anything.

After hearing this, Hiruzen showed no reaction. He simply puffed another cloud of smoke and said in a plain tone "When will it happen?"

"We can't stay idle for long, so I already made my move. Earlier, I asked Itachi to advise his father to arrange for that boy to be in charge of the search for Shisui's body."

"Then, during the search, Itachi will find a suitable time and reason to talk to him alone. Then, during their heated conversation, Kayn Uchiha lashed out at Itachi. Itachi would obviously defend himself but he did not expect Kayn Uchiha to be so weak, and he accidentally crippled him!"

Obviously, there's more to this plan than meets the eye. In the first place, things don't just happen that simply. But no need to tell more as the other party already understood everything just from that.

In any case, Hiruzen was unhappy with Danzo's decision to act first and report later, but currently, these were minor matters in the face of major issues. Besides, he can just deal with him once this issue is finally over.

He leaned back in his chair, closed his eyes, and thought silently for a moment. Feeling that there was nothing wrong with Danzo's plan, he nodded in agreement.

"Don't worry, my principle has always been to either not do it or do it thoroughly!" Danzo said with pure determination in his voice. "After destroying that boy named Kayn Uchiha, I will arrange for Shisui's body to be discovered, so that the Uchiha clan can finally be in peace."

"And once they let down their guard, then they can finally disappear from this world along with that peace they found."

Danzo looked at the pitch-black darkness outside with a gloomy expression

'No matter who it is, as long as they become a threat to the village, they must be completely eliminated!'
