Rodrigo's Helper

"Yeah what happened to the ones that were scared of heights?" Diego added.

Shrugging his shoulders, "well they couldn't make it outta the plane, even we that jumped out of the plane, the heat of the explosion almost killed us before we landed on the ocean"

Amber's father, Rodrigo Carlos didn't died in the plane accident, he managed to sneak out of the plane in a very risky way while some who couldn't make it out, lost their lives in the explosion.

Some rescuers came to pick them out of the ocean before they drown. The next day, Rodrigo found himself in Paris. He doesn't have anyone nor friends or relatives who lives in Paris, he was a total stranger.

Trying to find his way back to Spain but it was of no use because he already lost all that he took along with him for the journey. His credit card, wallet, files, laptops, phone, luggages, and some other credentials were all gone in the plane explosion.

He was serendipitous enough to find an helper who gave him an helping hand. His helper was a man whom works in the legislative branch in the house of representatives.

The man is a native of Paris and he is speaks both English and French. He gave Rodrigo an apartment where he can live, he also offered him a job in the legislative branch.

Rodrigo whom thought his life was gonna start from square one or maybe lesser than, is now a renowned wealthy man whom now has his own journal cooperation in Paris.

Some years later after he regained himself from the shock of almost dieing in a plane explosion, he went back to San Montero but was told that his family no longer lived there.

After going through some research on how he should find his family back, he got an information from some people, whom told him about his family's new resident.

Getting to Los Angeles CA, USA, he took the address given to him by the people. He drove couple of times to Amber's mansion but the bouncers at the gate always rebuked him, saying he wasn't qualify to go in except he has Amber's complimentary card.

He decided to take a break for some time so he won't get embarrassed by the security guards at the gate. And now he finally managed to get in somehow.

Widening their eyes and mouth in shock after hearing the whole story.

"And that was how I managed to start my life" poking a finger out, he added, "but I didn't start as a middle class but a top class"

"We can see it sweetheart, it's boldly written allover your appearance."

"Mom is right, dad you're not looking bad at all" Diego chuckled.

"So.. where's it? I mean your– pointing at the car key on Rodrigo's finger, she added, "car key?" Amber asked curiously.

Rodrigo chuckled, "oh it's outside the gate, I parked it outside"

"Why? You should have drove into the compound" Amber said.

"Will those body guards of yours permit me to drive in?" Pausing for a while, he chuckled. "I've been craving to pass through these– pointing at the high fences, he added, "electrocuted fences, if that could be the only way for me to see my family but those guys won't permit me, and here I am now"

Squealing excitedly, "aww I don't know if I should blushed, cry, jump, or roll on the floor right now because am super nervous and excited to see my father after five years of splitting."
