Chapter Two

Ariana got pushed as she fell down, someone came and help her up , it was another slave girl who have been observing her for the past four days

"get up" she said

I looked at her but then I felt guilty when I saw the scar on her face it's from the whip earlier I promise myself that I will surely take my revenge on them all

I stood up as we walk back in to the harem I got nervous when I saw men making love to the other slave women I close my eyes as I bump into another lady who pushed me away until I hit someone

He was staring at me as I stare back into his black eyes he was so handsome but then he pushed me away from him "how dare a slave touch me'' he spat out

I couldn't say anything; I bow before running away trying to catch up with the other slaves

I found them lining up in a row while some elegant looking lady whom I believed was the princess

"I need only twenty of them, I want young slaves"

I was selected as I sigh in relief because we won't be used like the other women from earlier, I could still hear their scream in agony and of course we followed our new mistress as we head towards the sea, there were more than twenty soldiers with her I began to blame myself for being foolish by leaving the castle alone in the first place

She watched as her new mistress keep giving orders to men as they entered the ship

She got scared when she noticed what was going on , they are going to mark them with a hot steel that has a logo which she don't even know around their back

Fear ripped through her she wanted to escape but she got caught by the soldiers she received a slap from her new mistress "how dare you?" she flare angrily

I began to cry as they put the hot steel on my back, my voice seized as pain took over me , everywhere turned black as I fell unconscious but then when I wake up I find my mistress pouring water unto my body and face she looked very annoyed

"if you continue like this I will send you back to the harem where those evil men will devour you"

"Am sorry your grace"

"Good"

"What is your name?"

I was thinking for a while am not longer princess ariana am just a slave bought by anyone, anytime and anywhere

"What is your name?" she asked again

"My name is Anne" I said not wanting to let go of some part of my name just in case I forgot who I used to be someday

She smiled as she left I touched my neck to remember tyler but I couldn't find him, I then remembered I must have lost it during my failed escape plans

I was crying as I remembered my home but then I saw a hand fairer than mine , tyler and I once concluded that I was the most fair lady on earth but then here is a hand more beautiful and fairer than mine , but I bet the owner of that hand won't be prettier than me

I snapped away every thought as I watch the land getting farther and farther until it was out of sight

Tyler reject getting married to Kelsey, both Kelsey and Sinclair left airangon after ariana memorial

"Mom we will find ariana I promise you"

"She is gone tyler, your sister is gone"

"I don't believe that" he argued

Ariana was staring at the new place it was beautiful , they got down they direct them to their quarters ariana caught her mistress staring at her as she drift her gaze away ; her mouth hung open when she saw another slave who walk pass her to the quarters

They were given the servant's outfit to wear ariana was among the group of maids working in the castle

She followed the woman who instruct them and order them around, she got lost in the castle when she bumped into someone she was falling but he caught her ,she stare at him in shock he look very handsome she has never seen any man expect from tyler that could be this handsome, she felt her heartbeat when he smiled at her

"are you alright?" he said with his eyes full of concern

'am fine my lord'

She said as she back away , the head maid came running towards them she bow as she apologized to the prince as she took my hands and drag me away

I got whip by the head maid for my carelessness "how dare you look the prince in the eyes"

"I have no idea ma'am"

Prince Eric couldn't take his thought away from the maid he met earlier she is so beautiful and she look more like a noble than a servant, he was in his thought when he saw his arrogant sister

"Beth"

"Now what? Huh?"

"Am just concern about my kid sister who has been away for a while"

She didn't say anything as she left; he scoffed as he laughed before leaving

The head maid was angry with ariana she seem to be lacking in everything

Ariana was adapting to her new environment as she serve the princess along with the other servants

Prince eric stop the head maid and ask about Ariana , she told him she would be back he wait until she came back ariana , ariana was shocked to see him she wish she was at home so she could do some makeover at least to look appealing she felt head maid glare at her as she look away she bow before him

"My lord"

"You may excuse us now matilda"

She bow as she stare at me with an accusing look before leaving

"What is your name?"

"Ari...uh…. Anne your highness"

I almost made the mistake am no longer ariana and can't ever be the princess of airangon I don't know this place and I believe my family would have forgotten me by now

"I noticed you are different, where are you from?"

"I can't remember my lord" I said in a hurry am sure matilda would scold me all over again

I bow and was about to leave when he grab my hand and stop me from moving, my body react to his touch I wish he could hug me and even kiss me

I snapped the thought away as I gently pull away from his hold

"Your highness is there anything you want me to do for you?"

"yes anne I want you to tend to my horse"

"I wont permit that" she heard a voice behind them, it was beth who walked up to eric and ariana

"I want her to work for me beth"

"why?"

"because I want her just her and no one else"

"fine by me" she finally agreed

she stare at ariana for the second time before saying "I thought you have a sister"

"no my lady"

She was confused trying to think but couldn't remember, she turn away and left

"By the way anne call me eric'

"I can't my lord"

"Why?"

"because you are a prince and am a low birth ,I dare not call you by your name your highness"

He stare at her in awe as she look away, he led to the horse ranch where she smiled at the sight of the stallion ; she suddenly remembered tyler how he love horses and how they could ride all day before resting in the garden she didn't know she was crying until she felt him wipe her tears away

"Are you alright" he said

'Yea am fine'

She back away from him she stare at the beautiful stallion

"what's her name?"

"sapphire"

"she is so beautiful my lord"

"yea"

Not as beautiful as you anne he thought while watching her move close to sapphire without any fear nor hesitation

"Have you tend a horse before?"

"Yes I have"

She lied to him about her former master having a horse and how his children were nice to her
