River's Encounter
The scared boy landed with both of his feet right at the side of the river, but then slipped himself into the water. Seeing that Ahli quickly abandoned the water container in his hand and rushed toward the boy. Luckily the river was only thigh deep, so it was not hard to traverse it quickly. He kneeled beside the boy to help him stand.
"Are you okay?"
"WATCH OUT! IT'S COMING!"
"What is it?" Before the boy was able to answer, from behind the same bushes jumped a big boar. Its size was not a normal big boar like what Ahli knew from the books of modern times, it was as big as a regular calf in height. Looking at the trajectory of its jump, Ahli predicted it to land right on him if he does not move from his position immediately.
