The miracle in his mouth refers to Starrk who broke the mask independently without the help of Hōgyoku.

And the miracle that Starrk said refers to the Arrancar that Aizen made with Hōgyoku.

Seeing these Arrancars, Starrk felt seeing his own kin. Turns out he wasn't the only one.
