Chapter 10 Gift Pack, Inheritance Test :Friends

[Tsuna Pov]

After the System had shown me the details of the quest in front of my eyes, I had become astonished since I did not expect to receive a quest so obscure and not very dangerous as his First Inheritance Quest, A quest that determines my inner personality with no memories which would change my actions eh.

Based on Mr.Two's personality, although I know he values friendship very much, He still is an assassin after all, so I thought he would give me a quest concerning that type of stuff to inherit his power.

In the school of Tsuna, the event when Tsuna was about to beat up the "Fat Kid" was happening, and the Tsuna who had been sent back to a simulation of his past then appeared near the other version of himself that was currently beating up the "Fat Kid."

When Tsuna had no memories whatsoever except for the personality, he had maintained from the system. When The Original Tsuna saw someone who looked exactly like himself beating up a kid like him, his good/ forgiving personality had manifested itself as the Original had wanted to come over to the boy who looked like himself. But as he did that, He then heard in his mind anger and sad emotions flowing into himself while seemingly sharing the other version of himself was thinking.

"I need to beat him up."

" He had taken the one thing that dad gave me."

"He had bullied me every day."

"He had hurt many people."

"I hate him."

"I hate him."

"I hate him."

....

And as the Original Tsuna had heard these words loop inside his mind, even slightly tempting himself to straight-up best the "Fat Kids" like the other version of himself was doing right now, but as his mind was thinking of these dark thoughts, a few memories, surfaced in Tsuna's brain although it only lasted a few seconds, the memories of the friends he had made, specifically Kyoko and Ryohei, His Dad and Mom, and even an old man Tsuna's brain didn't remember but still admired and liked for some weird reasons. However, in just a few seconds, those memories disappeared once again in tsuna's mind leaving only their images in the mind of Tsuna without any context along with the memories until these exact time of Tsuna had happened, so he knew why the other version of himself was being so angry at the "Fat Kid."

The previous dark feeling in Tsuna's mind started to disappear, as even though the time was short, Tsuna's good side, compared to his dark side, had overtaken his body, and while this side was dominating in Tsuna's mind, who was still being mentally attacked by the other version of himself with hate, towards the "Fat Kid."

As his good side dominated the bad one, the Original Tsuna had successfully managed to get close to the Fake Tsuna, who was beating up "Fat Kid" while holding one of the fists that Fake Tsuna was landing on to "Fat Kid."

And as the Fake Tsuna saw, Orignal Tsuna, like an irrational guy, stopped his hand like a rational guy, when the Fake Tsuna saw his hand that was stopped then said while shouting at Tsuna.

[Fake Tsuna] "WHY ARE YOU STOPPING ME, DONT YOU HATE HIM TO YOUR ME AND IM YOU WERE THE SAME? YOU KNOW HOW MUCH PAIN WE GOT FROM HIM EVEN BEFORE HE TOOK THE THING WE HAD TREASURED FROM DAD. HUH, TELL ME WHY DO YOU WANT TO SAVE AND FORGIVE HIM. YOU WANT TO HIDE IT TO EVERYONE LIKE BEFORE AND BARE WITH ALL HIS DOINGS."

When the Fake Tsuna Shouted these words towards Original Tsuna, Tsuna then said in a calm and seemingly kind voice.

[Original Tsuna] " I know that what you said is true that we indeed had hated him when he did all that thing to us, but look at him now, he is all beaten up while crying, I know that even if he is a bad person, doesn't mean that they can't change for the better for the future, and even if they didn't should we be the better person, although everyone in school doesn't like us we shouldn't beat someone up, it isn't the right way to solve our problems."

And as Original Tsuna said this towards his other version, he then hugged Fake Tsuna, which had become silent from Tsuna's words, and after a while, the Fake Tsuna then said.

[ Fake Tsuna] "I do not need power, and if I do have the power, I only wish to protect my mom and dad along with my friends. Do you still believe in this despite knowing that some people wouldn't change for the better even if we try and help? An evil person will try and try to bring you down, but would you still try to help them despite this."

Although Original Tsuna doesn't remember these words, despite a feeling In his heart that seems to know it, he then just when with his feeling and conviction as he said.

And as the System prompted those words in front of Tsuna, who had yet not fully gathered his mind after the influx return of his memories, had suddenly lost his memories again except for certain ones as Tsuna once again appeared and this time, Tsuna didn't know a place where he was at now, in his sight he saw an older adult who had various bloody injuries all around his body, with a bad expression to himself.

When Tsuna saw this scene, he didn't know what to do, but just from his good instinct alone, seeing the older man's injuries despite not knowing how to treat him, Tsuna then approached that older man while trying to help him. When the older man saw Tsuna suddenly approached despite his injuries, the man said in a threatening voice.

[Older Man]" Huh, who the hell are you kid, get away from here, don't touch me, you brat...ugh(As The Older man coughed out some blood from his mouth) Get away, leave me here, kid, you can't do anything about it, and if you don't leave, I will shoot you."

When Tsuna saw that the Older Man had suddenly pointed a gunpoint a gun towards himself, although he was scarred, Tsuna's kind and helpful personality showed through as he said with a bright and determined look.

[Tsuna]" No... Although I do not know who you are and what did you do to receive such wounds, and pointing a gun at me, who is just a six-year-old, no one deserves to be left alone to die, no matter who they are and what they had done, so at least help me you get away from here."

And as the Older Man, which his face suddenly turned to that of Mr.Two's as Tsuna then saw that just like before the place he was at slowly disappeared, leaving him with Mr.Two as well as a new system Prompt which said.

[[Congratualtions to the Host in completing 2/3 parts of the Inheritance Quest, and base on the Inheritance Soul's request, the host shall receive special info from the Inheritance Soul Mr.Two." ]]

When The Memories of Tsuna come back again for the second time this time, he then remembered the two situations he was in for the inheritance quest as he thought slightly that without the system's help in the first one, he might have failed already. Still, as he realized Mr.Two, who seemed to be the Older Man earlier, stand before him once again, he was confused and quite tricked at the same time.

[Mr. Two] " Amazing Little Boy, despite being such a young kid, how could you already have that kind of will and wisdom at such a young age? It was amazing that even without all your memories, you still had the goodness to help someone without expecting anything at all and the heart to forgive an old foe."

"But the last and most difficult part of the quest has still yet to come, the last of my quest before giving you my inheritance is all about your friends, so let's see if that you do have the personality to obtain my power and has the heart of the "the okama way."

And for the third and last time this day, Tsuna had once again lost all his memories, as he then opened his eyes, in a battlefield filled with blood, dead bodies, as he saw himself seemingly in battle with Ryohei and Kyoko, who seemed to be about 20 years old, who was in front of while shouting.

[Adult Ryohei] "Tsuna Run, we can hold him off for now, and please take Kyoko with you, although she might be too good, of a sister for a musclehead like me should have, I still love her as my sister, so escape now I can't hold this guy much longer, you need to survive, or else the family would be destroyed."

[Tsuna Pov]

And as I heard those words, I suddenly saw a large metal sphere with a blue aura around it that was extremely strong and fast, that my normal eyes couldn't see it clearly. But unknowingly, the body that I currently have that is about a 20-year-old man's seemed to be able to see the sphere coming straight towards Ryohei's chest, and seemingly on instinct and will Tsuna along with his whole body, then suddenly propelled itself with flames coming from his hands as he forcefully tried to deflect that sphere with no avail. Due to him trying to block it, instead of hitting Ryohei, it instead launched itself into the stomach of Tsuna, giving Tsuna, who had the mental state of someone never having am injury more than a scratch, felt so much pain that actually made Tsuna scream out loud from the pain alone. Still, weirdly enough, his mind seemed to be at peace as he laid on the ground. In contrast, he saw the Adult Kyoko and Ryohei running towards the direction he had landed too. Due to the sphere's impact, with his eyes, he saw the seemingly angry with tears in his eyes Ryohei suddenly saying to him.

[Ryohei] "Tsuna, I told you to run, you bastard, I told you to take care of my sister; you were the only one who could save everyone, but why did you have to save me of all things despite me saying you should run away, I know you were an idiot, choosing to help us all out, despite everything, dammit. My flames have still not recharge... If only we still had them the rings.. Dammit, don't you dare die on me Tsuna, we still have a lot to look forward to, right."

And as he said, the adult Ryohei then, like Kyoko, who was already sobbing deeply, broke down, seemingly very sad about the fataL injury I sustained. However, they seem not to be the same Kyoko and Ryohei I know; I can still feel a deep friendship I seem to have with Ryohei and Kyoko-san in this place. And as my eyes started getting heavy, I then the last words I could say towards my dear friends, who was grieving over me a weird feeling suddenly happened to me that suddenly said words mixed with my own.

[Tsuna] " I know that I am boss, but despite that, you both are my friends, so how could I leave alone while the two of you fight those things and die? Would I not be a horrible friend if I all leave, and once I die, shouldn't the war end, so everyone, although I would be gone, please live on."

And as I said those words that I didn't even know where those words had come from, even though I said those words myself, my eyes then closed up, as just like the times before, the battlefield, Adult Ryohei, dead bodies and all the other things in the area started to disappear as, I suddenly gain back all my memories, as I saw my body to the glowing naked body, again in a place similar to void, with Mr.Two looking at me with a happy yet tearing face as he said.

[Mr. Two]"That event, and the last test I had given you was the hardest of them all, even if you are friends with people, it can often be seen that even if you act kind and someone who helps and forgives others, not everyone sacrifices themselves like what you did in that simulation, So as I see it you are indeed a worthy successor of my Power as well as someone who has a true heart of "the okama way," So Little Boy, thanks for granting this Soul Core's wish, and I now officially approve of the Host Tsunayoshi Sawada, as my successor wo ya."

And as I hear the words from Mr.Two in front of me as he touched my head directly with his long arms, I suddenly see a system prompt which said.

[[Congratualtions to the Host on completing 3/3 parts of the Inheritance Quest. Congratulations, Host, for completing the Inheritance Quest, assessing the Hosts Score from the Inheritance Soul... Congratulations to the Host, which had obtained S rank in the Inheritance Quest; the Rewards are to be improved by the system due to the high rating the Host has obtained from the Inheritance Soul. The Host shall obtain said rewards after the Host's return to his physical body in 30 seconds." ]]

And as I read those parts, I then saw Mr.Two fading as he said in the last seconds according to the system that I had to return to my physical Body.

"Believe in Your friends, And Follow the Okawa Way."

And after my mind like before blacked out as my soul returned back to my physical body back inside my room.
