First Day of Chaos (Part 2)
There was a more pressing problem than a fast car: She couldn't drive!
At the very least, she could not drive well even if her life depended on it!
It wasn't that she hadn't tried. But she discovered that she had an uncanny ability to destroy the cars she was driving. After a lot of trials and destroyed cars (and this was going 10-15 km/hr), the men gave up teaching her in the end, because they believed she wouldn't have needed it in the first place!

But, even if she couldn't drive, she couldn't, in her right mind, go out there and try going on a killing spree. She was not so arrogant yet, not when her powers were grossly limited.
