Backstory?

On an early morning, where the sun has started rising. There was two people, one was a white haired boy, while the other was a black haired girl; standing in front of two graves. The white haired boy was kneeling in front of them, silently praying. After saying his prayers, he stood up and walked towards the girl.

"Are you sure, that you want to leave now, Kakashi?" The girl asked.

"Yeah... I've said all I wanted to say, Akame. Besides, we still have to cook for the others." Kakashi gave a sad smile.

Akame patted his shoulder. "Kakashi... If you need someone to talk to... I'm here if you need to. I understand how it feels..."

Kakashi whispered on a soft tone, "Thank you..." Before heading back inside the base.

"Tatsumi have already mourned his friends, few days ago. Its fine to mourn for them for at least a day. Leave the mission to us in the meantime." Akame said as she tried to comfort him while he was walking away.

Kakashi didn't say anything as he continued walking, but his eyes were moistening a bit as he heard what Akame said.

'Maybe she's right... Maybe I can leave the fighting to them for a day...' Kakashi thought as he was cutting up the vegetables for breakfast. Akame was tasting the her cooking if it has enough flavor, before hearing a loud boom from the upstairs. 'And why do I have a feeling Tatsumi had something to do with that...' Kakashi immediately thought as he heard the loud boom as well.

After, the altercation between Mine and Tatsumi was over. They both went into the city. Meanwhile, Kakashi was in his room when he heard a know from his door. "Come in." Akame entered the room to his surprise. "Do you need something?"

"Have you taken my words seriously?" Akame asked.

"Yeah... Alright... I'll take the rest today so I can finally mourn for them." He replied understanding what she meant.

Akame nodded and was about to leave the room before Kakashi said something that caught her attention. "Would you like to hear about my past...?

Akame turned around and looked at him in the eyes. "If... you don't mind sharing it."

Kakashi nodded and patted the empty space next to him on his bed. "Take a seat, its rude to make you stand while I tell my story." Seeing that Akame sat next to him, he took a deep breath before revealing his story. "I wasn't originally part of Tatsumi's village. I was an outsider they brought inside... My village was destroyed due to the Danger Beasts. I was the sole survivor, being only 10 years old my parents told me to run away as far as a can. I didn't want to at first, but seeing my parents getting eaten made me realized that they bought time for me to escape. And so I did... and I met two kids the same as my age after a month of living alone in the wild. They were alone due to being an outcast in their own village. One of them was a boy, named Obito Uchiha had an outgoing personality. while the other was girl, named Rin Nohara had a shy one. Two years later, the three of us became best friends, while Rin and Obito had a crush on each other even though they both didn't know and was hilarious to see them both act like dummies to each other." Kakashi chuckled a bit remembering how Obito was stuttering every time he was alone with Rin.

Akame smiled seeing how Kakashi was telling two story of his two friends before he was in Tatsumi's village. "Where are they now?"

Kakashi stopped smiling and gave her a sorrowful look. "Tragedy happened to them... We were ambushed by robbers when we were about to collect some dry wood to camp. We all fought the best of we could, but it wasn't enough and robbers were slowly getting to us. Obito... Saw that a tree trunk was about to fall on Rin, pushed her out of the way. The trunk fell on him, and I was too late to get him out of there. I manage to buy us some time by throwing out some smoke bombs to confuse them. Obito looked at me and tore one his eye out to replace my other eye that was slashed. He told me, that the reason they were outcast is because of his eyes. The sharingan... he gave me one of them and told me, that it was actually one of the imperial arms. It was rare one, and he was given it by his mother, before she passed away. Rin helped me transplant it into my eyes... and I could feel its powers. Obito told me that it will make me a lot tired after I use them, and said I need to train my stamina and body a lot... before he finally passed out with a smile on his face. Without give the time for us to mourn for him, Rin jumped in the way and took the hit... My hit... I was aiming to kill the person behind her, but she said... "Thanks for being there for the both us, and I'm sorry for doing this. Without Obito around... I won't be the same... so I'm sorry and don't blame yourself for what happened." Those were the last things she said before she died with a smile on her face as well. Both of their deaths activated the sharingan, and I used it to kill all the enemies without any remorse or hesitation. Rain started to pour, as I was digging their graves for the both of them. A man approached me, and I immediately thought he was another enemy before he raised his hands and offered me to help dig their graves. He didn't had the look of a murder, nor did his eyes betray his words. I accepted his offer and we both silently dug their graves. After he saw me finishing my prayers for Obito and Rin, he asked if I wanted to join the village his part of. Remembering my old village and all of the memories I had their, I nodded silently followed him to his village. Their, I met Tatsumi and the others. It was a peaceful and lively village. We were in trouble for breaking a rule although I wasn't really part of the trouble since I didn't do anything, but I couldn't abandon them because of it. They ask why would I accept the punishment even though I didn't do anything. So, I told them what Obito used to tell me every time. "Those who break the rules are scum. But those who abandon their friends are worse than scum." Being impressed by what I said, they couldn't help but sigh and let us go dropping the punishment. After some years, I left the village to earn some money as an assassin in the capital. I told them that I would be going ahead of them... but what if we went together instead? What if I killed that noble family before they arrived here? What if I-"

Akame pulled in Kakashi and hugged him, calming him down. "Kakashi... Don't blame yourself for their deaths... We can't change the past, but we can change our future. So, please..." Akame pulled away while holding his hands. "Stop blaming yourself for all their deaths. Live, so that they can stop seeing you being this gloomy." Akame smiled brightly making Kakashi heart skipped a beat.

Kakashi finally calming down couldn't help but crack a small joke. "Thanks, for hearing me out and comforting me... babe."

Akame smiled before her face turned red in embarrassment, "Ba-babe?!"

Kakashi laughed loudly, "Pfft- AHAHHAHAHAA! You look like a tomato!" 

Akame feeling even more embarrassed decided to tackle him to his bed, with her being on top of him. "Sh-shut up..." She said embarrassingly while looking into his eyes.

"Sorry... couldn't help it..." He replied with a smirk as he stared back into her eyes.

"You know... As much as I love a good romantic story between our members... But we have a mission." Leone said while leaning on the door.

Both Akame and Kakashi was surprised to hear Leone speak. Akame quickly got off Kakashi and left the room with a flustered face. Leone laughed at Akame's reaction before giving Kakashi a wink and followed after her.

'Damn it Leone...' He couldn't help but smile while remembering how cute Akame was while embarrassed.

After Akame, explained to everyone present for the mission about Kakashi going to rest and mourn for his friends that died. They all left to complete their mission. 'Kakashi and Akame... I don't mind that.' Najenda thought as she waited for everyone to return to their mission.

Meanwhile in the other part of the city, far away from the Night Raid's mission.

"We must find Ogre-sama's murderer no matter what !! Understood ?!" A guard were giving out his orders to his fellow soldiers.

"... The same as me... A Teigu user... An assassin... Happy, happy~. Can I go all out here?" A voice could be heard ahead of the guards.

"H-Hey, you over there! You look suspicious! Don't move from there!" One of the guards yelled out... before suddenly all of them were sliced from limb to limb.

"It seems like... The capital is the perfect place to live. I kill and kill and there is always more... Happy happy~."
