One day to go

Soon the bus arrived at the destination and everyone was asked to get down from the bus.Nathan who woke up not long ago looked at the sleeping Susan and could not wake her up.He subconsciously raised his hand and touched her cheek.

At this moment Susan woke up,she quickly stood up and ran out of the bus as if she was been chased.Nathan looked at her fleeing back and stood up,he was trying to understand his feelings.

" Why do I feel like this,I hate her and will never like her.She is just my step sister nothing more nothing less ".After convincing his self he got down from the bus.

The competitors stood in the lobby of the hotel provided by the competition board waiting to be allocated their rooms.

The girls and the boys were to share two rooms,one for the boys one for the girls.Soon they all got settled in and started practicing for the competition.

The competition would officially begin the next day and everyone had to familiarize themselves with the amentities given to them.Juliet led the girls to their room while Jason led the boys to their room.

Since it was night time the principal ( who shall now be known as principal Danny )allowed the students to rest.They were all to get up from bed by 7 am and be down for training by 8 am.

The next day,the students all got down and went to the dining to eat.The competition (now know as the The brain) was to start the next day,the competition board gave each team test questions so as to know which areas they needed help with and to get used to the type of question to be asked.

There were five different group which would partake in the competition.Each team comprises of 11 team mates of which two would not be participating in the competition.All the students sat at the table to eat.It was quite noisy at the table as the competitors were all teenagers.Some of the students used the time to make new friends while others were focusing on their meal.

They all finished their meals and started practicing for the competition.Nathan who was not participating in the competition had nothing to do,he just lazed around and helped the team when they needed his help.Most of the students were nervous,they were all scared of failing,of all the students Susan was the most scared,she never had the chance to study at home because of Chloe,she didn't want to disappoint the group.Nathan noticed her nervousness but didn't know how to comfort her.

Juliet also noticed this.She called Susan and asked to talk to her.Juliet was not really good at comforting people,she just said a few words to Susan " I know you are nervous as a first time competitor,I'm also scared but all you need to know is that you can't fail you know this everything will work out well".

Susan thanked Juliet and left.As Juliet was walking to her room,she was distracted she didn't realize that someone was in front of her and bumped into the person.She was about to apologize when the person in front of her talked " Are you blind,can't you see? gosh,I wonder how you are going to participate in the competition.You stained my cloth,do you know how expensive this is? ".

The person who talked was Ariana.She was in the opposite team,she was a very arrogant Ann snobby girl.She had always felt that she was the most beautiful but seeing Juliet made her angry and jealous.

Juliet was a cold beauty,she was more beautiful than Ariana which made Ariana jealous.

" I was just about to apologize to you but seems like you don't need an apology,I just bumped into you not like i poured mud on you.Since you feel that you can't wear this cloth anymore why don't you just give someone who knows the value of the cloth ".

After saying this Juliet left leaving Ariana who still had something to say very angry.Ariana could still hold in her anger when she first saw Juliet but she got really mad when all the boys from her school starred staring at Juliet.
