As the three sorcerers whom everyone counted on were down and out for it, Yuji and Todo were in front of Mahito, and Nanami and Maki were companying behind them.

"Higanbana took down my struggles. This will be a breeze." Mahito spoke as he used his arms to jump off the ground. "Nice to see you again Yuji and you." Mahito pointed his finger at Nanami, " Shall we-" 

Yuji went to strike first as he threw his right fist at Mahito without uttering a single word. Dedication is written all over his face, wanting to get rid of the nuisance that had entered his life unwillingly. 

Mahito's body shrank as he landed on top of Yuji's fist, running up his arm and transforming into his adult body landing a kick square in Yuji's face. "Not so fast, Human." Mahito gracefully said as he was about to land another hit until Yuji's body disappeared from his eyes, "What . . .?" a blow struck Mahito's gut. The owner was no other than Todo. Mahito transformed his right hand into a gigantic hammer, ready to slam the muscular man into a flat pancake but once a single clap echoed in his ears, a spear curse tool came at him causing the cursed spirit to double back to gain distance from the situation. "What's going on? Once I attacked they disappeared and another one came at me. Is this a curse technique? Or am I losing it?" thoughts crash through his head as he analyzes what's been taking place.

Nanami and Maki came charging at once to slash him into bits. Maki was using the flat part of the spear to help her leap up in the air doing a hurricane kick as she used the spear for momentum, Nanami went straight forward doing a spinning backhand at Mahito. Once Nanami turned around connecting his backhand to his target, he was gathering curse energy into his blade, ready to strike with his other hand. Mahito was trapped as the two rage-hungry weapon users were eagerly wanting to dice him up. " This isn't good." he pointed out the obvious. 

Mahito went backward to move further away as he did five roundoff backflips away from Nanami's attack and before Maki landed on the ground. When Mahito thought he was in the clear with the two another clap took over his hearing and he was back to the position he once was at getting a fist to connect to his face as a spear pierced through the far back of his head. Nanami fully spun around slicing his upper torso from the shoulder blade to the opposite end using the black flash. Mahito stood there in shock, wondering how he got touched when he knew he created a great amount of distance then the muscle head Todo entered his field of vision and he saw both of his hands rubbing together as he stood in a tap dancing posture stance ready to tango in the depths of hell. A slick smirk crept on Todo's lips as the wind was a paid actress to make his ponytail move. 

 " Did you figure it out yet?" Todo taunts Mahito.

Mahito split his body into multiple toddler-size shapes of the mini versions of him and was running around. He wanted to test out more of Todo's curse technique to see if he got it right. As Mahito predicted, once a clap was made, Todo was in the air with both of his hands clasped together to make a bigger fist to squash the curse down. Still, once Mahito countered it by transforming into a cheetah to run away from the man's attack another clap was made and Yuji did the black flash at the nape of Mahito's animal form neck. Yuji's strike halted Mahtio was a brief second as he was trying to gather himself up but suddenly Todo's patterns changed and he made two claps back to back. Bringing Nanami and Maki to strike together at Mahito. 

The curse spirit yelped in agony as this was the most time he had gotten hit in a battle. Mahito never thought this group could accomplish so much without the help of the twins and the red-haired woman. Mahito knew he had to get rid of that muscle man because he had been such an irritating tic that it was hard to get rid of and he couldn't forget about Sukuna's vessel. "Pest must die," Mahito whispered as he clapped both of his hands together. A dirty blue mud started to form out of his hands and by the second the mud clay-like shape started to grow bigger, manifesting into a gigantic creature with a single yellow eye glowing with sharp canine teeth showing out. The group retreated not knowing what tricks Mahito had up his sleeve.

" The hell is that shit?" Maki viciously questioned out loud.

" Don't know, I bet you wished you would have stayed?" Nanami nonchalantly spoke as he unbuttoned the two buttons on his dress-up shirt. 

"Huh?! I'm having fun right now."

"Brother, don't let this attack hold you back, let us continue dancing." Todo enthusiastically spoke.

Yuji held up two of his fists close to his face, "I won't back down now. We are so close."

Once Mahito's creature was created, he moved at a fast pace as if the train was off the tracks, out of control circling the group in a small space. The curse kept going in circles trapping everyone together.

" What is he up to? I can't see clearly," Maki attempted to hold the glasses on her face to make sure the strong wind didn't make the glasses fling off her face. The group kept bumping into each other, unable to outbeat the gust that was harassing them. 

"Are you guys ready?" the teasing began as Mahito's voice was loud announcing his deadly game. His voice was distorted like a bad signal was ringing in their ears.

" Ready for-" Nanami was cut off short when a blade made out of a transfigured human entered his chest and exited from his back, as the curse increased its speed, Mahito kept throwing the swords in and out of Nanami's body until the blood gushed out of his mouth as he was slowly kneeling to the ground.

" Ready to take out the weakling," Mahito's pitched voice reverberated into the hellish skies, "That black flash you did on me did a number to your fragile human body."

The three sorcerers' body was washed with the blood of their fallen teammate and as Nanami's knees finally touched the ground he used his good eye to look at each of them, "Your turn to take charge," his final words touched their hearts and Yuji caught his body in time before Nanami's face would be slammed on the ground. 

"Nanami . . ." Yuji uttered as his throat croaked, " We won't fail you."

Mahito transferred back into his original body as he leaped away from the ground with a satisfying grin visible on his face and a burst of crazed laughter audible to the sorcerers, "That was so fun, the look in that one working eye, seeing the blood leaking out of his body and not to mention the looks on ya faces. You sorcerers are shocked to see a human die?! Did you look that way with the large amount of curses you killed? What about my friends ya murder tonight? This is where the fun truly begins."

Yuji gently placed Nanami's body on the ground but his back was still facing Mahito's direction. As the curse was yapping, the anger surging through Yuji's body kept growing at an intense rate. Veins began to show as the wicked spirit trapped inside of his body laughed out loud to see what would come shortly once Yuji turned around to face Mahito.

"Don't bore me this time, brat." Sukuna has spoken out loud. " Make this fight interesting."

Yuji stood up with his head aimed down at the ground as he clenched his fist, "You are going to be with them soon, patch face."

Mahito carelessly titled his head to the side as a smile beamed out that was laced with curiosity, "Elaborate, will ya." No words were exchanged after that as the three went to regroup together against Mahito.
