Dream Turn True.

"They will." I said. "As long as you don't tell them that you are a goddess."

"What if your Pastor tells them the truth about me?" She asked. "I know your Pastor will approach any length to send me away from your life, that is why I want you to have sex with me now. I should have that happiness that I was disvirgined by the one I love."

"No one can take you from me, Joy." I said as I rose to my feet. "I love you and I will continue to."

"Bayo, listen to me." She said as she stood up too. "I know you've fallen deeply in love with me the same way I've fallen in love with you but do you think a life long relationship can happen between a human being and a goddess."

"Why not?" I asked as I picked up my trouser and started wearing it.

"See, Bayo." She said. "There are lot of differences between the both of us. There are a lot of things about you can't tolerate."

"Like?" I asked as I zipped up my trouser.

"For example, the witches can invite me for a conversation with them at any time in a day." She said. "For how long can you tolerate that by the time we become more intimate than this?"

"What is the big deal in you going to attend to the witches?" I asked. "If I have a wife and she is going to her place of work, will I stop her from going there?"

"That is not the only thing." She said.

"Then, what else?" I asked.

"I won't want you to start compromising by the time you get addicted to me."

"I'm already addicted to you." I said and left the bathroom. I went straight to my bed and lied my stomach down on the bed. In a short while, she entered my room and approached me. She sat down beside me and patted my back.

"Are you angry with me?" She asked, with a feeling of depression in her voice.

"I should ask you that question." I said as I sat up. "Are you angry with me, Joy?"

She smiled, slapped me playfully and hugged me tightly.

"I love you!" We both exclaimed at the same time. Soon, she went to make dinner for us. As usual she made the food ready in fifty five seconds. After the dinner, we played ludo together for a while and then went to bed.

"Are you still doubting it?" I saw a woman appeared before me while I tried to ply my scooter.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"My personality is not important at this moment but the information I carry is." She said.

"Then why should I listen to that information of yours when I don't know who you are?" I asked in anger.

"I knew this!" She exclaimed. "You are stubborn in real life, and again in your dream."

"Am I dreaming?" I asked with a mixed feeling of surprise and shock.

"Of course, you are." She replied. "But you will wake up soon. So, before you wake up I need to share this information with you."

That was strange to me. For the very first time, I was in a state of total confusion and my brain was at half for seconds.

"How is this possible?" I asked myself. "I am having a nightmare and someone in the nightmare tells me that I'm in a nightmare."

"Currently, you are sleeping beside a woman who you think is in love with you." She started. "But she isn't. She wants to destroy you. Earlier, she had given you a kind of food that will kill you in three days. And later, she was trying to make you have sex with her so that your destiny will be in her hand."

"That is what you people fail to understand." I said. "Our destiny is in God's hand so how can someone get ol of it. Enough of all this please. Let Joygiver kill me if she wants to, I will happily die in her hands."

"I was told." She said as she faced the other side.

"That what?" I asked.

"That you will never listen to whatever I say." She said. "But currently your life is in danger. If you want to save yourself, make sure you go and recieve that ointment from Pastor Oluwashola."

She disappeared immediately after she completed her last sentence, giving me no opportunity to reply her.

I woke up from that dream with fear running down my veins. I looked around and then I realised that Joygiver was not sleeping.

"You aren't sleeping, Joy. What happened?" I asked.

"Did you believe her? Joygiver asked.

"Who are you talking about?" I replied to her question with a question.

"That lady in your dream." She replied.
