JoJo and Matthew’s Fight to the Death!

"I don't think splitting up like this was the best idea," Jojo commented.

Matthew responded with a sharp," The longer we wait around for DIO to show up, the more enemies we'll fight, which will wear us down before DIO swoops in and kills us. Besides, I have this new REQUIEM power anyway." Matthew was still inside his stand, which he renamed Darkbright, which fused with his body.

"But you don't even know how Darkbright works, Matthew. What good are you in a fight when you don't know your own abilities?"

"That's the thing. When darkbright fused with me, I heard him speak to me. I know his abilites and I know his limits."

"Okay, whatever you say Matthew. Anyway where should we look first?"

The duo walked for a few miles, checking out different stores and searched through a few different alleys, but found nothing of interest.

"We've been searching for a while and I'm getting hungry, we should see if we can get something to eat using the money Jotaro gave us." Jojo looked around and found a grocery store to get some snacks at just as another snowstorm started.

"Okay Matt, what kind of food do you wanna get? We can get some healthy food or some yummy snacks."

After the two bought some food they went to leave, but they saw a shady figure leaning against the glass next to the door. He was staring straight at Matt, as if he could see the stand fused onto him.

The two cautiously left the store and started to walk to a nearby motel when the shady figure appeared right in front of them!

"So, you two are some of the people Lord DIO sent me to kill aye?" the shady figure, who turned out to be a woman, stood relaxed in front of Jojo and Matthew, as if she knew she could win. The snowstorm intensified until Jojo couldn't even see three inches in front of himself.

"This snowstorm is my ability, Cold Winds! My ability allows me to produce winds and control them. The colder the wind, the stronger the power behind them, and we're in the middle of a snowstorm!"

Suddenly, the snowstorm ceased, and Matthew and Jojo were in a completely different area. All they could see for miles was snow. They had somehow been transported somewhere where the enemy was strongest, in the middle of the Russian tundra.

The woman floated down from the sky with her winds. "So, are you ready boys? I believe you," She pointed to Jojo, "killed my accomplice Frosty. When him and I worked together, we were one of the strongest duos ever. Now its time to dole out some vengeance!"

She blasted cold air straight out of her palms, which Jojo noticed had some sort of metal hole on, probably her stand, that hit with such precision it knocked him back three meters with one shot.

"I am the Queen of Winds, but you can call me Calio!" Calio blasted air bullet after air bullet at Jojo, who just barely blocked each shot using Heatwave.

While Calio was fighting Jojo, Matthew managed to run behind her and throw a punch at her, but she ducked and kicked his knee with such force he fell like a rock…. Straight onto her right hand, which blasted him with a less condensed air blast, making him fly backwards a few feet.

"Don't make me kill you. I can see how much power you possess, and if we work together we can beat anything. Just let me exact my vengeance and then we can leave."

Jojo charged at Calio, who just shot him with a air blast, sending him flying straight into a blizzard, trapping him inside of it.

"No, I won't let you kill my cousin!" Matthew tried standing up, but every time he tried his right knee would buckle and make him fall again.

"Okay Darkbright, I need to use your stand power to stand," Matthew thought. Within seconds Darkbrights fusion over Matthew darkened, and Matthew stood up with ease.

"Darkbright, lightspeed kicks!" Matthew's chest glowed with an intense light before he vanished and reappeared behind Calio and kicked her behind the knees, making her fall onto her knees.

He then appeared in front of Calio and kicked her so hard in the throat her stand power deactivated, freeing Jojo from his blizzard prison. His body was covered in scratches, probably from ice shards cutting him. Jojo collapsed into the snow.

"Y-You little rat! You couldn't just join in with me? We could've overthrown anyone, even DIO!" Calio shouted.

"I won't betray my friends, not even for absolute power. You couldn't convince me even if you had all the power in the world." Matthew's body glowed with a bright light, and Darkbright disappeared.

"Darkbright, let's do this one more time!" Darkbright appeared at Matthew's side, which hadn't yet happened. Darkbright himself looked like he did when he was fused with Matthew, a dark humanoid with a star in the middle of his chest. The only difference is Darkbright now eminated power, as if his power had been tripled.

"Y-You can't beat me! My stand has a few secrets of it's own!" Calio raised her hands and shot two long air beams straight into the air that shot through the clouds.

Matthew tried to run at Calio, but his knee buckled. He had forgotten his knee got destroyed by Calio a few minutes earlier.

"Darkbright, shoot something to stop her!" Darkbright shot out three different bullets, one light shot, one dark shot, and a mix between the two, out of his hands and chest.

The light and dark bullets flew straight at Calio, but she ducked at the bullets flew past her.

"I-It worked! You're dead meat dark boy!" Calio slammed her hands into the ground and a funnel of air started to fly down from the sky.

"My secret attack! I call it the Icy Tornado!" The tornado touched down on top of Matthew, trapping him inside the powerful wind funnel.

Ice and rocks flew through the tornado, hitting and cutting Matthew as he tried to escape. The tornado just kept getting faster and faster and no matter how hard he tried, Matthew couldn't escape. He felt as though his body was being ripped apart. He tried using his darkness and his light to escape, but the wind was moving so fast anytime he so much as touched the tornado it would scratch and tear anything that came into contact.

"I told you that we could've beat DIO! We could've done anything with out power, but you didn't listen! Now you die separated from your friends and family, and away from anyone who ever loved you!"

"N-no! That isn't true!" Through the spinning wind and snow flying through the storm, Matthew could just barely make out a dark silhouette coming closer to him. The one who spoke was Jojo! He had regained consciousness and was stupid enough to walk straight into the tornado to save Matthew.

"I-I am here! With our power, we will come out of this alive!" Jojo summoned in Heatwave, and motioned for Matthew to do the same with Darkbright. They grabbed each others arms and released all of their stands power. Jojo released a heatwave so intense it melted all the snow in the tornado, leaving only water, rocks, and sticks flying around them. Darkbright released its light energy and encased both Matthew and Jojo in a barrier of light. Matthew's stand was sapping energy from Jojo and from its user, and using the power to create a barrier strong enough to escape the tornado.

The two of them walked through the tornado, barely escaping death, but they still had to deal with Calio.

"How did you-? Nevermind, it doesn't matter how you survived the tornado, what matters is it still rages behind you. I can control those winds, don't you remember?" Calio shot a wind beam from her hand that went into the tornado, and the tornado shrank smaller and smaller as Calio absorbed the raging winds and became more powerful.

"So, quick and painful or slow and painful? How do you want to die?" Calio shot multiple bullets of air from her palms, hitting Matthew and Jojo in the chest and head.

"Goodbye to the both of you!" Calio shot two large wind bullets from her palms that hit each of the boys, shredding their shirts and leaving massive gashes.

"You'll bleed out, regardless of help, so we'll return to where we came from" Calio snapped her fingers and they were back in front of the grocery store, with large pools of blood pooling underneath them.

"WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU GUYS?!" A voice was heard, but it sounded muffled to the boys, as if their ears were covered by water. It wasn't water, but instead their blood.

Calio walked away from the scene, hurt but not killed.
