Petal watched as he lit up the third cigarette. He always does that whenever angry. But why is he even angry while she was the one who was supposed to be angry? 

The strong scent of tobacco filled the room. Petal tried to ignore him. He's the one who decided to damage his lungs. He's a doctor. He should know best. 

Ethan tapped in the cigarette letting the burning ashes fall into the ashtray. Taking another puff from the cigarette. He let out the smoke from his nose this time. He was angry at himself. She was slipping through his hands slowly. It felt like he had no control over it.
