Chapter 15 Inform Me

Starline Mansion

Catherine told her as looks over at the variety of dishes on the table and sits. Yes, Ma'm...Lana said as she serves Catherine the dish she demanded.

When done with her lunch, She brought out the blister pack and took two tablets of the Contraceptives, picked up her bag and bid Lana good bye. When she got outside the house, she received a message and immediately brought out her phone from her bag. When she checked it was a message from Kelly the address of stating the address of her beauty parlour. she put her phone back into her bag and left the mansion.

The estate had no taxes around so she had to walk out of the estate, which took about 20 minutes. When she got out of the estate she immediately stopped a taxi and got in. Good morning sir, she said as she closed the door.

First to the Bank and then to Z city mall. Ok...The driver responded respectfully as he stepped on the accelerator. On her way to the mall she received a phone call from an unknown number. The moment she answered the call, the person on the other end spoke first.

Where are you?....

Without being told who it was Catherine could already guess by the cold and authoritative voice from the other side. In a Cab, Catherine simply answered. Going where?, Kelvin asked .

To hang out with a friend at the mall, Cather said. You find it important to inform me?, Kelvin said in a cold voice. You left for work before I woke up this morning and I don't have a number..... Catherine answered back. That's my number save it....I will be back home late tonight, go to bed early, don't stay up late..... Kelvin said with his voice sounding a little calm.

Ok, Catherine answered as hangs up and heaved a big sigh. When she got to her destination she paid the taxi driver and went into the mall, she looked for the floor of The floral beauty parlour, it is on the fourth floor she took the elevator.

Ding!....The elevator indicated she was at her designated floor. She got out of the elevator and her eyes immediately fell on the beauty parlor and went inside.

Good Afternoon, Madam...A young lady walked up to her and greeted. Good Afternoon.....UHM..... I'm sorry, I want to meet with Kelly, Catherine said. Are you Catherine?....We have been informed of your arrival. Catherine nods her head in a yes motion. Right this way, said the lady as she gestures the way.

Catherine was taken into an office, when she got in, Kelly who was seated immediately stood up to welcome her friend.

Hey, Cathy... she said as she pulls Catherine in for a hug, she then takes her to the sofa to be seated. Kelly picked up her phone and called Dave to inform him of Catherine's arrival. Within a span of a few minutes Dave entered the office.

Sweet heart, he called Catherine with so much joy as he walks towards her. Catherine immediately stood up to give Dave a hug and then sat back down.

The trio chatted for a while longer, and got ready to say goodbye to each other, because Kelly had a blind date to attend.

Kelly was raised by a single mum being the only child and being of the right age to get married to, her mother often set her up on blind dates. The trio felt comfortable around each other and Catherine was happy neither of them enquired about her relationship with Kelvin. They called her their friend and she was really happy because they are her first friends. She didn't get to relate much with other kids as a child.

Catherine left the Mall when they're done chatting, she hailed a taxi and went to Starline Mansion, She got home at 6:23pm.

Catherine input the pin and got into the mansion, the lights were all switched off except the kitchen light. Catherine went to the kitchen and saw that Lana was busy cleaning up.

Hey, Lana....... Catherine greeted. Lana immediately stopped what she was busy with and greeted Catherine, Welcome back Miss.

Why haven't you gone home yet?, Catherine asked. Miss Catherine, Mrs Sarah and I are the only maid that don't go home we live get in the mansion. Oh ok, where is Mrs Sarah?.... Catherine asked.

Where have you been without informing me of your whereabouts, Sarah asked angrily. Lana frowned at the manner Sarah spojdvto Catherine in. Miss Catherine is a guest here she should be treated with kindness and respect. I'm sorry, Catherine said.

Good night, she said as she walks away. Miss Catherine won't you up have dinner?, Lana asked in concern. No, I'm full.... Catherine said as she climbs up the stairs.

When she gets to her room she takes off her clothes, wipes off her makeup and takes a hot relaxing bath. When done having a bath she wears a lace wine mini night gown, wearing only red pant underneath, she picked up her phone and got into bed. She surfed the internet for a while, then she placed her phone on the side table and went to bed.
