IP: Lich's Sticky Note Adventure

Chapter 290
Eventually the police arrived at the scene and checked on what was going on. Despite the mob saving Lich from being murdered on the street, the cops were giving the mob and Lich death stares and were even talking about locking them all up or taking things into their own hands.
Lich's wound on his face was still bleeding but no one came up to check on him. Or rather the cops weren't letting people come and check up on him. The ambulance driver that has been giving the dead bodies to Lich wanted to check up on Lich, but he was pushed down by the cops and even had guns pointed at his face.
After the mob was shoved into the back of the cop cars, someone did eventually walk up to Lich. It was the man in the cowboy hat and all friendliness was gone from his face. He held a hand on his holstered gun and asked Lich with a hint of anger in his voice.
