Yusuf Zuck's feet stood upon an ancient, abandoned stone pillar that had weathered countless years in wind and rain. The pillar had carvings on it, but they had likely been eroded by the sand and wind over the ages, leaving the pillar half-tilted.

Looking around, this place seemed to be an ancient city, and beyond this ancient city was the edge of the Western Desert.

It was unclear how many years this ancient city had been deserted; not a single intact structure remained, and the yellow sand had buried half of the city.
