debby: what are you doing here and who is that beside you.

Tina: i don't think you have the rights to be asking such questions, you fucking left the house to be with this stupid boy and you are also pregnant with his fucking child and oh new news, you're dying,like how dumb can you be.

Debby: Dumb,soI'm the dumb one, i have been gone for 8 months now,you should have asked mom, you should have report a missing person but you didn't care, so don't come to my house and be telling me shit cause you're the dumb one there mom.

Man: (in a drunk state) Watch your language young girl, its your mother you're talking to.

Debby: Who the fuck are you ?

Tina: Go wait in the car dammit (talking to the drunk man)

Man: (still drunk) What am doing here,listen tina listen, listen I don't want any trouble okay ,so bye

He went in Tina's car and sat .

Debby: Who is that?

Tina: it doesn't matter, I want you to go inside park your things you're going back to the house with me.

malcolm: okay fuck it ,I didn't want to say anything but fuck you tina.

Tina: (she yells) You can't fucking talk to me that way.

Malcolm: (he yells back) And you can't talk to my wife that way now fuck off now or I'm calling the cops.

Tina : Oh fuck you .

Tina dragged debby by the hand and tried to bring her out from the house, Then debby removed her hands by force and she almost fell but malcolm caught her and helped her sit down.

Malcolm: (he yells) What is your problem, just leave us ,we were fine without you, now leave,please.

Just then debby calls out to malcolm,he turned to her and saw that debby was bleeding heavily,she tried standing up but fainted instead,malcolm panicked and immediately called the ambulance, while tina did nothing but just stared at them but you can see that there was no emotion nor sadness in her eyes, few minutes later the ambulance came and carried debby out.

Nurse: Are you her brother?

Malcolm: No I'm her husband.

Nurse: then you need to come with us the mother can come too .

Tina : okay I don't mind.

malcolm came to tina.

Malcolm: don't you dare show your face ever again.

He locked the door and entered the back of the ambulance and held debby hands and the ambulance drove off.

They soon arrived at the hospital and debby was immediately rushed to the ER ,Malcolm was sitting outside the emergency room,just then didi and the others came to him

Nathan: Hey man you alright (he touched him on the shoulder) We are here now and for sure nothing will happen to debby nor the baby.

Didi: that's right debby is very strong.

Malcolm who was still sitting down, couldn't hold back his tears, he started crying and they just let him cry it out, Minutes went by ,malcolm and the rest were sitting down quietly waiting, just then the doctor came to them.

Doctor: Hey.

They stood up immediately.

Malcolm:What happened doc,she good, is the baby good ?

Doctor: They are bothgood, very good, uh your wife has put to bed,so you're a father.

Tears of joy filled malcolm's eyes.

malcolm: thank you so much doc, can I see them (he said in excitement).

Doctor: Well you can but not right now, your wife is still sleeping because of the drugs we gave her and baby will stay in the for a while but you can still her .

Malcolm: Her,it's a girl (he looked at his friends) it's a girl.

Nathan: Amazing, let's see the baby then.

Doctor: I'll get a nurse to take you there.

Malcolm: Okay,thanks so much doc.

Doctor: You are welcome sir.

the doctor left, they were so excited to meet the baby, but then came officer tina.

Officer tina: Uh hey Malcolm.

they turned to her .

Officer tina: I am so sorry for what happened, if I knew this was going to happen I would have stopped her,it's all my fault .

Malcolm: What are you talking about.

Officer tina: I'm talking about detective tina, heard she did this.

Devi : What tina is a detective?

Officer tina: You didn't know this?

Nathan: No we don't, we barely talk to the woman,detective eh.

Malcolm: You fucking knew about this and didn't tell us, you didn't even bother to call me, you fucking had my number.

Officer tina: I just found out, that she was debby's mother,detective and in charge of the Syria case.

Sabrina who was just sitting down stood up immediately.

Sabrina: So you are telling us, that debby's mother that hated her form the day she was born, the one that hates malcolm and us ,is a detective and is in charge of a case that involves us (she chuckles) Are you kidding right now?

Officer tina: No I'm not.

Sabrina: So is what happened your fault cause you gave her their address.

Officer tina: I swear to you, I didn't give it to her willing ,she took it from me,knocked me down and took my book away,I am truly sorry, I hope nothing bad happened.

Sabrina: And if any bad thing happened, what do you think you should do?

Officer tina: I don't know.

Sabrina: Exactly you don't know (she was very angry she turned red)

Didi: Babe it's OK, nothing bad happened okay ,now I want you to sit down and relax okay (Sabrina took a long deep breath and did as her girlfriend asked)

Officer tina: I am truly sorry, if there's anything I can do please do tell.

malcolm: It's okay,debby is out of danger and it's a baby girl.

Officer tina: Wow congratulations malcolm.

Malcolm: Thanks, when they return home you can come and see them.

officer tina: Sure.

Just when a nurse came.

Officer tina: I shall leave now.

Malcolm: Sure bye .

Officer tina left and they followed the nurse to the room where the babies were, they had to look through the glass and then the nurse then pointed at the baby and left.

Devi: oh my goodness she looks like debby.

Malcolm: That's better, so I can never forget her face.

Malcolm started crying.

Didi: you're crying too much this days.

They all laughed.

It was now 5pm in the evening.

Devi: Hey Mal I think you should go freshen up ,we will be here for when she wakes up

Malcolm: okay thanks.

Nathan: I'll go with him.

Devi: Sure babe .

Sabrina: I'll also leave I have to get home ,I'll call you babe.

Didi : Sure babe.

Sabrina left in a hurry.

Malcolm: she okay Di.

Didi: Strict parents.

Malcolm: oh okay,bye.

Malcolm and Nathan left, when they came outside they saw that tina was about to go inside the hospital.

Malcolm: Where the fuck do you think you are going.

Tina: I'm going to see my fucking daughter, isn't that obvious.

Malcolm: Don't fucking call her that, she almost died because of you,so fuck off.

Tina : Watch it fool.

Malcolm then angrily pushed tina to the wall.

Malcolm: Don't fucking test me, I've had enough of your bullshit , i want you to get in your car and get out ,if I see you again, i swear to God I will kill you myself.

Tina stared at malcolm for a while, she was terrified of malcolm cause his eyes didn't look like he was playing, then malcolm released her ,she then got into her car immediately and left , malcolm and Nathan then entered the car and drove off.

INSIDE THE HOSPITAL

nurse: Excuse me, mrs debby just woke up.

Didi : okay thanks,can we go in now.

Nurse: Yes.

Devi and didi ran to debby,the entered the room where she was and she smiled at them.

Devi: hey sleepy head ( they walked up to her).

Debby: Hi (she touched her stomach) where is the baby?

she didn't feel anxious about it.

Didi: They put him in an oven thingy.

Devi:it's the incubator.

Debby: (she chuckles softly) can I go see the baby.

Devi: Okay but answer an important question (debby and didi looked at her) How many fingers I'm holding up (hold 3 fingers)

Debby: (she smiles) 3.

Devi: correct then you are feel to go my queen.

Debby: ( she chuckles) How can I go, I can't feel my legs.

Didi: Does it hurt.

Devi: it means she can't walk,go call the doctor.

They helped her get on the wheelchair that the nurse brought in and wheeled her to see the baby, immediately she saw the baby, she was very happy because it was a girl and not a boy as didi had said earlier.

Debby: You try to trick me.

didi: No it was a surprise.

Debby:Well you got me.

Debby was so happy.
