"Haha, who would have thought that 'The Great Beast of Calamity', who defeated all monarchs, would be defeated by a human?"

"...Defeated the all monarchs?"

"Yes, let me formally introduce myself. I am the Great Beast of Calamity, the one who governs the storms and the one who defeated the all Heavenly Beasts."

"Wow, that's quite an introduction. So, you defeated the All Heavenly Beasts?"

"Yes, indeed. They were formidable opponents, but in the end, I emerged victorious."

"But aren't you a dragon? If I'm not wrong, the Azure Monarch rules over all dragons. How could you have defeated her?"

"Indeed, she does, and normally, no dragon can stand against her in terms of strength. However, she is no match for me. I am the greatest of all dragons, and my power knows no bounds."

"So, why do you call yourself the Great Beast of Calamity?"

"Indeed it is. According to our deal, I have lost against you and must now form a master-servant pact with you."

"Now, please bestow a name upon me. That shall be the proof that seals the contract. It will also serve as a bond that allows me to exist freely in this realm."

"A name... huh?"

Alex thought of a good name for his summon and finally came up with one.

"Ouroboros...yes, your name shall be Ouroboros from now on, which represents the concept of eternity and infinity."

"Ouroboros...Ouroboros, the Great Beast of Calamity. I like that name. From today onwards, please refer to me as Ouroboros."

Ouroboros did a flip in the air and looked at Alex with an excited expression as she wagged her tail excitedly.

"My Liege, I have a humble request."

"A request?"

"Yes, to remain in this realm as summoned beings requires a lot of mana to keep us materialized in this realm. But after contracting with you, I noticed that you have an abnormally high amount of mana reserves, and I have felt that your magical energy has hardly depleted in the slightest."

"That being the case, I would like to humbly request your permission to remain in this realm indefinitely."

"Is that it? Very well, you can stay in this realm indefinitely and would follow me, but before that, can you reduce your size a bit?"

"Reduce my size? Like this?"

Saying so, the size of the large Ouroboros started to reduce and stopped after her length reduced to a size just a bit smaller than Alex's forearm.

Alex reached out his hands towards Ouroboros, who coiled itself around his arm, looking at him with an excited expression.

After playing with Ouroboros for a bit, Alex took her for a stroll around the town and made her familiar with human culture.

After calling it a day, he asked Alfred to open the gate for him, with the destination set to the targeted merchants' locations.

Normally, the gate can only take you to places you have visited before, but using the search, along with other magic spells, Alfred was able to open the gate anywhere on the planet.

The deal went smoothly with most of the merchants who were on the verge of bankruptcy, and Alex successfully brought their trade channels and contracts for their employees.

For the corrupt ones they tried to made things difficult to him so Alex 'kindly' reminded them of their place and extor..Ahem brought their companies with cheap prices.

In just two days, Alex had negotiated and purchased all the companies he needed to create one of the largest trade networks in the Kingdom. With that taken care of, he turned his attention to building his dream home.

The idea of a floating island had always fascinated Alex, and now that he had the means to make it a reality, he spared no expense. Using his mastery of creation spells, he conjured a massive piece of land that floated in mid-air, held aloft by an intricate system of antigravity enchantments. At the heart of the island, he and Alfred crafted a magnificent mountain range that surrounded a shimmering, crystal-clear lake.

As he stood atop the highest peak, overlooking his domain, Alex felt a sense of awe and pride wash over him. This was his kingdom, his sanctuary, and he intended to make it the most beautiful and magical place in all the land.

Descending the mountain, he and Alfred set to work on the castle. It was a stunning edifice, straight out of a fairy tale, with soaring spires, grand halls, and hidden passages. Inside, Alex spared no expense, decking the halls with the latest in magical technology and artifice. From the enchanted mirrors that could show him distant lands to the talking portraits that regaled him with tales of the past, everything was designed to make him feel like a king.

Outside the castle, Alex wove a network of magical barriers to protect his island paradise from intruders. He summoned the dryads to tend to the trees, the Pegasus to roam the skies, and an array of other mystical creatures to make the island come alive. Crystal butterflies flitted about, leaving trails of shimmering light in their wake, while unicorns grazed in the meadows.

For days on end, Alex reveled in his creation, exploring every nook and cranny of his floating island. He swam in the lake, soared through the skies, and marveled at the beauty all around him. And Ouroboros, his loyal companion, was never far from his side, basking in the magic and wonder of their new home.
