"Hey, aren't they the S-rank party that's active in the royal capital?"

I looked up at the murmur of people in the Adventurers' Guild.

This is the Adventurers' Guild in Cassandra City, where today, as always, there are a lot of grim-looking men. And I… am a simple clerical worker in the quest mediation department of the guild.

Basically, adventurers are just guys who want to be romantic and boast of their prowess, and there are very few women in the guild. It would be different if they went to the royal capital, but that's the way it is in the adventurers' guilds of rural towns outside the capital.

Today, however, was different. Entering the Adventurer's Guild was…

A female warrior with bright shoulder-length red hair and a supple physique.

A dainty Elvish archer who looked like a princess with her green eyes and silver hair.

A wizard with blonde twin-tail hair, fox ears, and fox tail holding a magic wand, looking more like a little girl than someone mature.

And finally, a pink-haired healer with a bewitching atmosphere and a huge chest that you could almost hear the jiggle it makes whenever it bounced as she walked.

I was dealing with a bunch of sweltering men when these four women suddenly appeared here—they looked like they came out of a storybook and gave off an aura of strength and beauty.

I stopped my paperwork and stared at them with my mouth agape.

"Aren't they the famous 'Rose Queens' party from the royal capital?"

"I wonder what they're doing here."

"Who cares? Look at their forms and… hehe… their 'assets.'"

Rose Queens? Ah, they are probably here in this city to attack the dungeon with the hungry wolves.

Man, would you look at their beauty? I'd love to have a shot with one of them.

As these girls walked briskly, the adventurers around them made way for them like Moses parting the Red Sea. Some of them, however, were saying vulgar things to the girls here and there, while some were giving them lecherous glances.

However, the girls didn't seem to be perturbed by such words or glances as they walked up to the reception desk.

"I'd like to ask you something." It was the red-haired female warrior who opened her mouth.

The male receptionist at the reception desk stammered with incomprehensible words, probably because he was speaking to a top-notch beauty.

I don't really blame him, however… we still have a job to do!

I quickly got up from my seat and decided to take over the receptionist's job.

"Welcome to the Cassandra City Adventurers Guild. Is there something I can help you with?"

"Oh… no, you see, we usually work around the royal capital. We were escorted to this town by the Melda Chamber of Commerce on an escort mission for their goods. Since we didn't plan a return trip back to the royal capital, we decided to challenge the dungeon with the hungry wolves before returning."

"I see, then let me bring you a map of the dungeon."

The red-haired female warrior seems to be the leader of 'Rose Queens,' as the other three simply remained silent and only listened to us.

I then handed the map of the dungeon to the female warrior and explained everything I knew about the dungeon and the monsters that can be found in it.

She said, "All right. I'll come back if there's anything else I can do."

"Alright," I said, bowing slightly. "Please take care."

My interaction with her group, well mostly her, was simple.

The conversation ended without a word of thanks from the female warrior or so much as a glance from the others, and they left the Adventurers' Guild in no time at all.

Well, that was one hell of a lineup of beauties!

Even after the beauties left, the buzz in the Adventurers' Guild did not subside.

"Guildmaster..." In the midst of the bustle, the guildmaster stealthily approached me.

The guildmaster was a former adventurer and had a frightening face, however, he was actually a good person to talk to in secret.

"Thanks for following up with the receptionist, Ryu." He patted my back.

"Nah, it was nothing really."

"However, I didn't expect an S-rank party like the 'Rose Queens' to come. If possible, I would like them to stay here for a long time."

"Yeah…"

Cassandra City is a rural town with few tourist attractions. The dungeon of the hungry wolves, located just a horse-drawn carriage ride away from the city, is one of the few tourist attractions.

It is an easy town to live in, but perhaps because of its distance from the royal capital, the guild has been troubled by the lack of high-ranked adventurer parties in town over the past few years.

Currently, the highest rank party residing in town is a B-rank party. The deeper one dives into a dungeon, the more valuable treasures and rare monsters one encounters. However, due to the continued absence of high-ranking parties, rare treasures and materials in the deep dungeons are rarely brought in these days.

The guildmaster probably hopes that the Rose Queens will bring the treasures that lie in the dungeon's deeper levels to him.

"Ryu, you should have just asked them out for dinner!"

"Please don't do that, guildmaster. I'm merely an employee, and even if I did ask them out, it's obvious that they're going to turn their backs on me."

"Gahaha, that's true, too! Well, I guess we won't be taken seriously no matter how many years it takes us," he said with a sad tone, however, it soon disappeared as he said with a hearty laugh, "Well, let's just be happy that we got to see the S-ranked party's face, which we don't get to see very often."

"Oh, I almost forgot," he said. "Ryu, the Melda Chamber of Commerce that the girls were talking about earlier. There are some magic items among the goods they brought in. Go and check them out, will you?"

"I understand." I nodded at the guildmaster's words and got up from my seat.

...By the way, receptionist. The girls have long left the guild, how long are you going to stay there with a dumb expression?
