Calm before the storm

Its already been 2 weeks since Ryan came to Wakanda. He is very happy about his choice and his holidays are just perfect. He and his mother went on a safari, always accompanied by Shuri and T'Challa, the whole trip was filled with screams of excitement from the non wakandians. Shuri and her brother were like walking encyclopedias about animals and even plants that we seen. T'Challa took at least one hour to explain the lifestyle of the panther and why it was THE best animal ever.

A lot of time was also passed discussing about technology and science. There is a high probability that a new power generator will be installed in the palace. A mix of Ryan and Shuri ideas.

But the best moment for Ryan was the different dates with Shuri... Even if it's not at the level of a romantic interaction between the two, they are now closer and more intimate.

Ryan also became good friend with T'Challa. Their bonding moment came during a training session for the two. They finally decide to spar a bit. They consider this fight a tie. T'Challa and a knife in front of Ryan jugular while Ryan had his in front of T'Challa heart. Neither fought with all their strength, especially Ryan.

Ryan mother spoke a lot with the queen, the two of them always wanted to help the one that need and exchange a lot about previous experience.

The king was less seen because of all the work brought by the sudden visit from the outside. With this very successful interaction, there is a huge possibility that Wakanda will be more open in the future.

The two weeks of rest passed very quickly and before long, some breaking news appeared on the TV screen. A press conference of Stark industries.

Ryan needs to go back to his lab for the final touch of the preparations, and maybe improves the armor a bit if he has time.

He goes back to his plane alone, indeed, he prefers leaving his mother in Wakanda where she is sure to be safe than letting her staying in New York when the chitori will come.

He was very sad to part with Shuri, she already left a mark in his heart and the feeling is reciprocal. Their budding flame is finally here. The age difference is still here and is really cooling them down but little by little, the wall that separates them is crumbling.

Ryan went back to New York still dazed and with a kiss mark on the cheek.
