Chapter 61 a wonderful festival with a twist

(3rd pov)

Scott and Kim came to the festival sooner than others and since other are here yet they decided to make out a little but Edward teleported directly to the festival and was going to say hi when he suddenly saw Scott and Kim kissing.

"Well, I didn't know you guys are together or you guys are just horny"Edward said after his surprise

they both jumped in fright"haaaaaa"

"Oh it's you Edward, don't scare us like that"Scott with a normal tone then he realised he was caught with Kim

"Ah you didn't see that right?"Scott asked 

"Oh god"Kim face palm herself

"Look you both are adult but Scott you just broke up with knives and she is coming her, it would be better if you didn't show affection to Kim here"Edward said

"We were careless but you don't seem surprised"Kim said

"Oh I was surprised but my suprise didn't last long"Edward said

"So how long you guys are together and I should assume you broke up with knives because of Kim right?"Edward asked

"Well we are together for while now"Kim said

"And yes I broke up with knives because of her"Scott said

"You didn't cheat on knives right?"Edward asked with a raised eyebrow

"No"Scott said looking very guilty

Edward just stared at him until he confessed

"I kissed Kim when I wasn't thinking right and then I listened to you and broke up with knives I didn't sleep with Kim until I broke up with knives"

Edward couldn't help but to sigh.

"Look it's still cheating, sure it's just kissing but it's still cheating and it's not entirely your fault, Kim also kissed you back while she is friend with knives"Edward said and Scott and Kim looked guilty 

"But you are also human and you could make mistakes, fortunately you guys didn't cross the line a lot and didn't trick knives while you guys sleep together behind her back"Edward said and their mood got better

"Still knives is going to be very angry and sad so it's better you guys give her time so she could get over you Scott and then you guys can tell her the truth until then, keep your relationship a secret"Edward said and they nodded

"Thanks for understanding"Kim said with a smile

"By the way your clothes are different"Kim noticed

"Yes, is it bad?"Edward asked

"No, you look good actually"Kim said and Scott nodded at her words

"Hey guys"Stephen arrived with Julie and young Neil and Wallace

"Hi"Wallace said 

"Hey"young Neil said

"Hey"Julie said with a smile

Edward, Kim and Scott with the help of their aura sense noticed Julie have aura now.

(MC pov)

"Hey"i, Kim and Scott say to them

"You look different"Stephen said to me

"Yeah, since I knew you I never seen you wear such clothes"Julie said

"Yeah, I needed clothes and this were all I could find"I said

Suddenly Ramona, Stacey and knives appeared.

"Hi guys"Stacey said

"Hey"knives said happily but then she became a little sad when she saw Scott

"Hey"Ramona said to us and then looked at me and froze for a few seconds the she said with an amused tone" you look different"

"This is third time I have heard that"I said" what do you think? Is it bad or good?"

"Baby with this face and body" Ramona said and touched my face gently"you look good in anything, at worst you will look ridiculous in bad clothes but never look bad"

"But this clothes are good, I'm surprised you changed to something different than your usual clothes"Ramona continue

"This have a story but it can wait till the festival is finished"I said

"Okay since all is are here let's go and have fun"Stephen said, we all nodded and entered the festival area

(3rd pov)

Bright lights and vibrant colours filled the festival, the Ferris wheel is working unlike the when Edward and Ramona came here before and there are more food and game booths.

Edward and others went toward the food booths to try different food, Ramona and Kim bought pizzas and fried Mozzarella Corn, knives and Stacey bought hamburgers and French fries, Scott and young Neil bought garlic bread and roasted meat and barbecue ribs and chips, Stephen and Wallace and juice bought Tacos with Corn Tortillas and Edward bought five hamburger, eight pizza, Cheese Stuffed Fried Pickle, French fries, Tacos with Corn Tortillas, Fried Mashed Potato Balls, Roast Turkey Breast and two hot dogs. They all also bought beers except knives and she bought Coke.

Edward iron stomach is no joke. They all sat at a random table and they are surprised at the amount of the food that Edward wants to eat.

"Oh my god"Julie said, not believing Edward is able to eat this much

"You know we want to go around the festival and have fun are you sure you want to stay here all night?"Stephen asked jokingly with a smile

"I can eat all this with a fast speed, don't worry"Edward said

"Aren't you worried about you know..... Dying?" Julie asked sarcastically

"Don't worry about him dying, he can handle it"Ramona said

"And not only him, all of us can eat a lot, our body is a way stronger than before but we don't eat as much as Edward"Scott said

"Right magic and aura"Julie said

"You know Stephen already unlocked my aura"Julie said 

"We know"all of us said

"How?"Julie asked with a suprised face

"When you get better at using aura you can sense other people aura too"Stacey said

"Right, well I just feel only a little stronger"Julie said

"You should just give it time"Wallace said

"He's right"young Neil said

"You should allow your body get used to using aura and then magic which you don't have but you will have later, I will take you to another world, I think you understand what I'm saying because Stephen probably told you before" Edward said

Actually Julie wanted to be able to use magic and Stephen already told her how to get magic but she didn't know how she should ask Edward but now Edward said he would give her magic and this made her very happy.

"Thanks Edward"Julie said

"Your welcome"Edward said, Julie is already part of their group now that she is dating Stephen 

They begin eating, chatting and telling eachother jokes and laughing.

"By the way, this festival is way better than I thought"Edward said

"I know, I never seen a festival with this much equipments and different game and food booths"Scott said

"I wonder why there is such festival?"Ramona asked

"You guys lived here longer than me, don't you know about this festival?"Ramona asked

"I actually never seen this festival" Edward said, he didn't see this festival in original Edward memories

"Yeah, it's the first time there is such festival like this"Kim said

"I just hope we could have this festival in the future too"Edward said and continue eating

(37 minutes later)

They eat their food and now they gone to the game booths.

"Yes!"Stacey said with happiness after shooting a doll and winning the price, the stuffed bunny

"I never get why people get happy about this things"Edward said

"Me too"Scott said and then shoot with the toy gun and hit the dool and he won a Cyclops visor glasses from the X-Men 

"Yes!"he said with happiness and took his reward

"I'm gonna play darts"young Neil asked and walked toward the darts game booth

"Well as long we are here I think we should enjoy this games too"Edward said to Ramona

"What do you have in mind?"Ramona asked with a smile 

"How about we play high striker?"Edward asked

"Let's do it"Ramona said and they walked to the high striker

They waited a little and then they turn came, Ramona first went and picked up the hammer.

She raised the hammer above her head then strike with all of her strength.

*Boom*

The device destroyed and didn't have the chance to measure Ramona strength.

"Oops"Ramona said and awkwardly turned and looked at the girl that was assigned to the high striker

After a moment of silence.

"I pay for it"Edward said

After paying for the damage they continue to look for something fun and they finally found what they were looking for, a dunk tank.

A dunk tank involves at least two participants, one of whom sits on a collapsible bench above a human-sized water tank. The other participant's objective is to throw a ball at an accompanying target, which if successfully struck, causes the seat to collapse, "dunking" the person into the water.

" Honestly I only seen a dunk tank only in cartons"Edward said

"I saw few but I never played"Ramona said

They waited for the people to throw and finally they turn came. Ramona paid for multiple throws and then throw the ball and successfully struck.

*Bam*

The unlucky guy seat collapsed and he was thrown into the water.

*Hahahahahaha*

People start laughing.

The wet person came out and the next person went inside.

Now it's Edward turn so he picks up a ball and throw the ball and struck successfully.

"Haaaaa"the person screamed and he was thrown into the water.

He didn't expect someone to success so fast.

Scott and other came and throw the ball and they all successfully threw the those people into the water and this continue until they were asked to stop.

"Come on just one more throw"Scott said

"No and please leave and enjoy our ice cream booths for free"someone said to us

"I want ice cream"young Neil said

"Well ice cream sounds good"Stacey said

"Yeah, I want ice cream too"Wallace sai

"Then let's go"knives said

They all went and bought ice cream.

"This is delicious"Stephen said while licking his ice cream

"Yeah"Julie said

"You know I enjoyed this festival more than I thought"Edward said with smile

"Me too"Ramona said with a smile

(MC pov)

I was enjoying my chocolate ice cream until suddenly I heard a noise from my back.

*Whzzz*

I turn back and I saw a black shadow coming toward me at a fast speed.

Even though I only seen it once I know who Is the shadow that is coming towards me.

She is Roxanne "Roxie" Richter. She is Ramona's fourth Evil Ex and her only ex-girlfriend. She is also "half-ninja". She dated Ramona while they both attended The University of Carolina in the Sky.

I heard that system told me I have mission now but I'm busy now so I didn't look at it.

I put the ice cream in my inventory and create a mana shield. Others looked at me with the suprised face but Ramona understood why I created a mana shield.

The shadow arrived in front of me

*Clang*

The shadow disappeared and I saw Roxi trying break my shield with her sword but she didn't succeed.

"Damn it"Roxie said

"What the hell?"Scott said

"Why she's attacking us?"knives and other asked the same question

"Relax everyone, she is Ramona forth evil ex and her only ex-girlfriend, she is here for a fight"I said

"Her what?"Scott asked dumbfounded

"Scott"Kim said and hit Scott on the head

"Ohhhh"Scott realised 

"Oh you know me?"Roxie asked

"Yeah, I heard of you from her"I said

"Look, you wanna fight? then let's fight"I said, I was already in enough stations like this to know there is no point in talking

"Give us space" I said to Ramona and others, the other people ithe festival already leaved but not in a hurry and in relaxed way like two people fighting is a normal thing, the Scott pilgrim world is really something else

"Good at least you don't waste time"Roxie said and then sprint toward me

I use the flash skill and the bright light blinded her and make her stop running toward me but only for a few moments and unfortunately for her I only need a moment

I create 15 spinning mana arrows and shoot them toward her.

The mana arrows hits her body and she died, just like that, I bet she thought she would be able to dodge my mana arrows but she didn't though I would blind her.

I look at my system screen.

[You completed the mission.

 Kill and or defeat Roxie Richter.

 Reward: 5000 sp ]

"Well I think a half ninja isn't enough to defeat me"I said with a chuckle and I was going to walk toward Scott and others but suddenly

"What about a complete ninja?"someone said, his voice came not far away from me behind my back , how did I not noticed him!!??

(Gideon pov)

Edward Kenway, at first he seems to be the perfect person to be Ramona next boyfriend, all data I had above him showed that he is ordinary but then it turns out that he knows magic but that's was okay too, so what if he had special abilities.

Unfortunately he continues to grow and grow and who knows what he will be able to do in the future, so this time I decided that he needs to die. I would need to wait till Ramona find another boyfriend but that's is okay, at least I removed Edward that I can't predict.

Killing Edward is not easy so I needed a very good plan.

I decided that assassination is the best choice. I needed Edward in place that i want so I decided to plan a festival, I wanted to some how bring them to the festival, mabey show the poster to one of his friends "accidently" or something like that but they found it about it themselves so I didn't need to do anything.

Now for who Is best choice to send to kill Edward? Well Roxie is supposed to be next person to challenge him but I can't expect much from a half ninja so I hired one of best assassin in world, the ninja and he isn't a someone to attack without plan, I have hope in him that he will be able complete this mission.

(MC pov)

I turn back and I saw no one and that only made me more vigilant, before I could use my observation haki I saw more than 10 grenades rolling and stopping at my feet, i didn't saw when they were appeared it or who throw them.

"Son of bi"
