My Plan

(A/N: I know I've said this a couple of times already but I'm gonna say it again. Please rate my fanfict, I need 7 more reviews to get an average rating.)

(Two Month Ago) *Kaito's POV *

Another few months have passed, I've made progress with my research. I'm currently a 4th tier mage if you only count mana capacity. I've perfect control so it all depends on my mana pool now.

It feels slow compared to when I'm in Terra. Well that's because I've lots of mana when I'm in Terra. There I was born with a lot of mana but here I started with an empty one. So my magic progress is slower.

I've been go guard since the 4th Hokage, Minato got married. Just thinking about getting crushed by the Kyuubi is terrifying.

I've decided instead of being on guard all the time I'll just look of Kushina"s due date.

With that in mind, I put on my stealth gear and opened a portal leaning so somewhere near the hospital.

(Konoha Hospital)

I went in to the hospital with my invisibility spell. I found a nurse to exract information.

The record room. (A/N: no idea if it's real or not) it record every check ups, tests and operations.

Getting the location of the record room. I released the nurse and wiped her memory of our encounter.

Within minutes, I arrived at the record room. It's locked but not guarded, this is gonna be easy.

I walked straight to the door without even opening it. I didn't crash into the door, insted I passed through it like it wasn't even there. (Obito/Tobi style) Like that, I went in to the record room.

Finding the files of Kushina didn't took long. I just took a few minutes.

Reading the files, it's recorded that she was pregnant 8 months ago. Her due month is in October, the date is not specified,maybe for precautions? Most likely.

I guess I've two more months then. I can relax until then.

I've got nowhere with the mind barrier. It's harder than I thought. I've never really took mind related spell into accord when I was in Terra. Now I've really hoped I did back then.

An idea came to mind.....The Uzumaki Clan. They are said to be very skilled in fuinjutsu. Maybe I can create a spelling using their concepts.

The downside is the Uzumaki clan is no more, at least most of them. On the upside, I have just the right person to learn fuinjutsu. By learn I mean read their minds and extraction.

Kushina and Minato. I'm sure they know a lot about fuinjutsu. One is an Uzumaki Princess and another mastered the Hiraishin. I'm pretty sure this jutsu is related to fuinjutsu, seeing the markings he use.

Worst case scenario, he doesn't know fuinjutsu. But I still have Kushina for that. And as a bonus I can take some of Kurama's chakara and learn Hiraishin.

With that in mind, I made my plans.

(Two months later - The night of the Kyuubi Attack)

Well, the Kyuubi is destroying the village and I'm in the shelter.

I haven't got the fuinjutsu yet. I can't seem to find a time when Kushina or Minato is alone. They are the jinjuriki and Hokage respectively, so it's under standable that they are protected 24/7.

I could make a time dome and freeze everyone but the Kyuubi is gonna be trouble. I need a time when he's weakened to extract some of it's chakara. And that's the reason I decided to wait until it is resealed.

After I couldn't hear the Kyuubi's rampage anymore. I made a snake clone and teleported away. I don't really know where they are so this gonna take some time.

Suddenly, "boom" I heard an explosion. I looked at that direction and let out "There" before I headed there.

When i arrived, the battle already ended. The 3rd Hokage was holding Naruto and Kushina and Minato's corpses layed there. I took out a cloak and mask from my Subspace then wore them.

Releasing mana into my eyes, it glowed in green. Then I used casted, [Time Magic : Static Domain].

A green transparent dome appeared, covering everyone at the scene. Everything in the dome froze.

I went in to collected everything I needed and left before releasing the spell.

(A/N :You might be thinking why didn't he read their minds then? Well he need time to do that and the spell only last 10 seconds.

I myself am not satisfied with this chapter but I won't change it. If it's not to you liking, then I apologise.
