An Unwitting Accomplice

Eden didn't find much that wasn't directly related to Troy's music. Funny how it seemed to be all he talked about on social media but he hardly ever talked about it to her. Why was that? Was he self-conscious about it somehow?

She ended up checking out Mirrorscape's YouTube channel to listen to some of his stuff and discovered it was pretty good even if it wasn't the normal sort of thing she listened to. The general style reminded her of a few songs she had heard on the radio.

If that style was popular enough to make it to top 40 stations at least a little, his album would probably take off. That would be a really good thing for him.

While she might be a novice in the musical world, she understood that exposure was important. If things really took off for him, he would probably be able to quit his mascot job entirely.
