"It's finally time." Said Piro, the eldest, as he stretched his arms, looking serious
"..."
'The second born, Firo remained silent, thinking about something.'
"So from today onwards we are ad… Adventurers?" Asked Biro, the youngest, with a timid tone
'But he had difficulty hiding his excitement.'
'A lot of emotions were contained within those words…'
"Idiot." Said Firo with a mocking tone, startling the youngest
"What do you mean, Firo?" Asked Biro with a frown
He's such a bother sometimes...
'The second-born smiled, and said with confidence:'
"You are wrong..."
"We have been adventurers ever since we ventured into the Dungeon for the first time and returned triumphantly!"
"Ohhh!"
'Biro understood his meaning and smiled in wonder, he was waiting for his day for so long, and yet, his brother was right, he had been an adventurer ever since he returned from the Dungeon a week ago!'
'So he couldn't help but smile, gazing at his surroundings with a silly smile.'
'As everyone finished their morning training, they started to organize themselves in lines based on their group, waiting for their Captain to arrive.'
'Everyone, be it them, or the girls around them, they were mostly smiling, some looked relieved, and some looked worried, perhaps fearing for the future.'
'No more would they be helped by their Captain, no more would they be able to safely train…'
'From now on, they would have to rely on each other, and because of this, many understood his actions from the beginning.'
'With mixed emotions, they patiently waited for their Captain to arrive.'
'At the front of each line was the Captain of their respective group, and in their case, it was Daphne with an extremely serious look, followed by the tired Cassandra who even after an entire month, still struggled to run around the place with the light weights tied to her legs.'
'She didn't raise her Vitality and constitution that well before she Leveled up, and because of her position as a backline, she was rarely ever in danger, so even her highest stat, Magic, wasn't that high before she Leveled up.'
'However, it was still high enough for her to be considered to be within the Upper bracket of low Level 2 adventurers.'
"Hum..." Said Piro, breaking the atmosphere
'His two brothers gazed at him at the same time, giving him the chance to speak:'
"Sorry to break the mood, but we are barely anything right now." Said Piro, the eldest, who so far had been silent
"We trained for a very long time, and now, we finally became adventurers, or so it seems." He said in a low tone
"Being an adventurer isn't about hunting Goblins and Kobolds on the Upper floors, nor about the measly amount of money that is only enough to repair our gear..."
"It's about going beyond in places few have ever set their foot on, fighting against creatures no one has ever seen, surviving encounters that will be remembered in history..."
"An adventurer has to go on an adventure..."
"Looks who excited..." Said Firo in a teasing tone
"Looks like your inner Hero has finally been set free..." He said with a smile, making the oldest blush a little
"I... Uh... I am excited, but from today's onwards, I have no intention of decreasing my training intensity in any way shape, or form." He said with a smile
"Heh… You truly broke the mood… But you're right." Said Firo with a half-smile
'The youngest and more timid brother shook his head in agreement.'
"Alright you three, enough talking, he's here." Said Daphne as she looked back
"Yes ma'am!" Replied Piro, with a salute
"Okay." Replied Firo, with a shrug
"Sir!..." Replied Biro, looking at the ground in shame
"..."
'Daphne rolled her eyes and turned her head, looking at the smiling Silver as he walked closer and closer.'
…
/A few seconds earlier…/
'Silver opened the doors to the back garden and saw everyone finishing their training and getting in line.'
"They're much more organized than a month ago…"
From a group of strangers to a group of people that can trust each other and are willing to protect each other's backs in the face of danger.
They won't have a single problem on the Upper floors unless they are super unlucky and meet some sort of irregular situation.
Different from the Middle floors, the monsters on the Upper floors are slow, come in small groups of at most 5-7 at most, and give you enough time to breathe between each wave.
Not only that they don't track you for long, and are very susceptible to being outrun and outsmarted by even the most basic trap.
Unless it's Killer ants and the War Shadows...
Compared to their companions, Killer ants come in large groups and they can attract more rather easily.
War shadows have a tendency to assassinate inexperienced adventurers due to their speed and traits as dark-shadowy creatures.
On the Middle floors, the Dungeon will constantly launch wave after wave of coordinated monsters that will track you down to the ends of the Earth.
And worst, most Level 2 newbies are barely good enough to outrun them, and since most of the early 13th to 16th floors have a strong sense of smell, they can track you very far even if you do escape them...
However, the recruits have shown cooperation equal to most of these Level 2 adventurers...
All thanks to the training.
I'm even a little proud.
"You're late." Hestia said from the side with her arms crossed
'Silver turned to face her and smiled.'
"Fashionably late... It's good to see you too, did you have a nice sleep?"
'Hestia let out a sigh and said:'
"Not really… Today is…"
'But Silver interrupted her by patting her head and saying:'
"I understand, I also worry for them, otherwise I wouldn't have enforced this entire one-month training regime."
"..."
He's always like this…
'Looking at her expression he said as he gave her his hand:'
"Let's lead this Familia to great heights shall we?"
"..."
'Hestia smiled, and grabbed his hand.'
"Yes!"
'With a big smile, she pulled him forward, bringing him to the place he belonged to, his Familia.'
…
"Good morning everyone, I imagine everyone is doing okay, so let's start this short meeting/talk."
"First, I would like to congratulate everyone for making it all the way through the training, it wasn't easy, and there is a reason why most adventurers avoid it and instead prefer to jump straight to the Dungeon..."
"It's very boring." Silver said with an awkward smile
"Still, after one month, you all aren't the newbies you were before, and those that weren't, to begin with, are now close enough to work as an efficient party."
"I must say it wasn't easy, but it was necessary, a bit of temporary pain from running 100 laps is better than the pain of being cut in the arm and resting for 3 weeks..."
"Although I wish this would never occur with any of you..."
"Going away from Dungeon-related things, let's talk about the Heart Manor, our Familia Home."
"During this month, a lot changed, and I am happy to announce a few things:"
"Several rooms of the Manor were refurbished and modified in order to fit new roles."
"Because of space, we modified most of the right-wing, I hope you all can understand..." Silver said as he looked at the triplets
"A new Alchemy room and Smithing room have been added with good quality equipment for those aspiring to tap into these professions, and we'll soon have one dedicated to those who wish to be Item makers."
"But that will have to remain a more distant dream due to monetary problems, the same reason why I didn't acquire more alchemical materials... They can be very expensive..."
"We also now have an Armory in case you don't have a proper place to store your things or in case you are in need of emergency equipment for whatever reason."
"The Familia will be more than willing to lend you some, just be sure to contact either me, the Executives, or this lady over here." Silver said as he looked at Hestia
"Your well-being is way more important than a few ten thousand Valis..."
"I noticed the way you spoke... But I'll let that pass for now." Hestia said with a side glance
"..."
"In any case, there isn't much more to talk about the Manor."
"Hopefully in the future, as our Familia grows and so does our wealth, many more plans can be implemented so we can improve our living environment even further!"
'Silver did a small stop to breath and said:'
"With the Manor in check, let's visualize our companions from the outside..."
/Snap!/
'With the snap of his fingers, two glowing runes started shining in the air.'
'No one seemed surprised, this was already the usual for them. No one would bat an eye from seeing these things, or their Captain flying around the place...'
'Although the girls would still scream in shock or fear every once in a while due to Silver's unusual abilities...'
'Especially when he teleports around and ends up bumping into someone...'
"As everyone knows, we have a contract with the Miach and the Hephaestus Familia."
"In exchange for solely buying and utilizing the services of both of them, they are going to give us priority towards Commissions and other jobs."
"So make sure to only buy from them... I'm serious now." Silver said as his expression changed from a smile to a poker face
"The Miach Familia will provide us with potions, services, and medicinal products while the Hephaestus Familia will provide us with what they are best at, making equipment."
"There's no need to repeat myself for the rest. I said it so many times I think I've memorized the script..." He said with a smile
'Silver continued to speak, going on with some of the more intricate details...'
...
"... And that's all everyone! From now on, you are free to do what you wish as you wish." Silver said with a smile
"As I said before, our Familia is currently rankless, so we aren't required by the Guild to go on expeditions, and I'll soon be back with our actual Rank."
"As in regards to how we deal with resources circulation and the tax, we've already discussed this several times, but if you have any inquiries about it, don't be afraid to ask."
"They aren't there for me to rip you off, I have no need or wish to do that, instead, they are there so we can improve our Familia's conditions."
"For now, treat it as payment for the items I gave you all. But don't be in a rush to pay it off, there is no deadline after all." He said with a friendly smile
"In the future, I'll always be there to help you all out, don't forget that, I'm your Captain and friend after all."
"For now, I'll be out to resolve some matters, but if you have any other questions, you can either wait for me to come back or ask them now."
"Captain!" Asked a girl in the crowd
"Oh? So we have a question? Good, keep them coming." Silver said with a smile
…
/3 minutes later…/
"Are there any more questions? If not, enjoy the rest of your day everyone!"
""YES!"" Exclaimed the people excitedly
'With a smile, Silver turned around, but not before gazing at Daphne and making a funny face to provoke her.'
'This made her grind her teeth in anger.'
'The reason for this is that after an entire month, her position as Vice Captain was so stable and solidified in the mind of everyone that she is now unable to flee from it…'
'Just as according to Silver's plans.'
'But to help her and make her anger smaller, Silver also appointed 3 more people to the job of Executives.'
'Officially, the Hestia Familia has no Vice Captain, and instead, it has 4 Executives, those being Daphne, Cassandra, Igva, and Fernin, with the latter 2 being among the experienced adventurers that were scouted previously.'
'Igva is a 23-year-old Amazon with a surprisingly calm demeanor and contained personality, in contrast with the usual hyperactive and imposing personality of most Amazons.'
'She has short black hair, brownish skin, and relatively defined muscles like most of her race.'
'And even though she is rather reserved, she still has some Amazon tendencies, and she goes around the place with an outfit similar to gym clothes. Exposing her defined belly to the world...'
'She acts and looks like a Tomboy!... Although she hates it when people call her that, and she will make that very clear... Poor triplets... They were the first to find out what happens when you call her that...'
'She may give most girls one or two chances, but most boys will be beaten at sight! She is also currently, the highest Strength-wise just behind Silver and Daphne.'
'His reason for choosing her as an Executive is because she shows promise of becoming Level 2 within half a year with enough training and because she is rather good with... Paperwork.'
'Fernin is a young elven woman with red hair and she has been an adventurer for about 3 years, she admits that she is only 21, but such information is dubious.'
'She is part of the first group that Silver led to the Dungeon, and also the person to ask Silver to actively make their time in the Dungeon harder, so they could grow faster...'
'The reason she left her previous Familia was due to bad distribution of resources, due to being the weakest of her party, she was often given lower and biased percentages... Unfair ones as well.'
'So after a bit of observation, Silver noticed that she was very just, exactly because she experienced injustice for being weak, so she is very friendly to everyone and even though she started a bit cold towards him, she soon grew more open to Silver as well.'
'Given enough time, he believes she can also Level up as well, it's only a matter of opportunity.'
'There were no more reasons as for why Silver chose to have them as Executives.'
'Among the oldest he recruited, they were simply the most suited to be the leading figures of the Familia. At least for now.'
'With a small Familia consisting of 1 Level 3, 2 Level 2s, and a few dozen Level 1, he has to lower the bar a bit else it would take a long while until someone met with the requirements to become Executives and Top Executives… Or any position of power.'
'The Hestia Familia was just starting after all.'
'So after saying his goodbyes to Hestia, Nicc, and Haruhime, Silver made his way to the Guild.'
'His target being none other than the Guild!'
'It was time to brag… Discuss with Loiju about his Familia...'
'And to resume his training in the Dungeon.'

Notes
I just checked, there are no more Familia chapters for a long while, so we can safely say it's over.
Starting from next chapter... Probably the one after that, he'll go back to the Dungeon and the Plot will continue.
Yay.
Peace.
