"Yes, the very phrases that brought the world to the brink of destruction 5000 years ago are now reappearing in our world," he explained.
"Wait! They're appearing again?" Regina interrupted, surprised.
{A/N: You might wonder why the doctor doesn't know that the phrases are appearing again. Well, in the novel, it was never mentioned that Regina left Babylon to Touya in order to fight the phrases. The phrases disappeared from the world, and Regina had no knowledge of their return or much about them. The original novel depicted Babylon as a legacy left to Touya by Babylon for his enjoyment, not for fighting the phrases. In this fanfic, Alex, being the future inheritor of Babylon, has customized the gynoids according to her taste and personality. I apologize for the mistake I made previously about Regina's magic abilities; she can only use analyze as a personal magic, and I have corrected it now.}
"Yes, they are invaders from another world. They caused destruction to numerous civilizations in the past," Alex elaborated.
"Five thousand years ago, these phrases attacked our world, putting an end to the civilization here. Miraculously, they disappeared as if someone had forced them out. And now, after five thousand years, they have returned, ready to unleash destruction once again," he continued.
"While I don't know much about them, I do know they come from another world, and they will soon begin their invasion, causing the same carnage as before," Alex informed Regina.
"That's why I gathered the Babylon islands and sought your assistance for the upcoming battle against the phrases, Doctor," Alex explained, expressing his desire to revive the frame gears and prepare for the future war.
"Now that we're talking about the phrases, there's something else I want to disclose to you," Alex said, reaching for his smartphone. Soon, countless projections related to his previous world appeared all over the workshop.
"I am also from another world, Regina. Yes, you heard me right. Touya and I both traveled to this world due to certain circumstances and will reside here in the future," Alex revealed.
Regina was flabbergasted at first, just as she had been in the novel, but her curiosity soon took over, and she bombarded Alex with thousands of questions about his previous world. He patiently answered them all. When she inquired about accessing the knowledge of his previous world, he informed her that it was already available for her through the replicated smartphone, which was connected to the internet.
"Did you mention your origin to Lexi?" Regina asked, who had been exploring the internet.
"Well... I haven't yet. But I will tell her in the future," Alex replied.
"Well, it's up to you to tell her, but I hope you do so sooner rather than later," Regina said, returning to her phone.
"Mhm, I will," Alex affirmed, closing his eyes as he contemplated whether to explain Lexi about his origin or not.
Lexi had once asked about his origin out of curiosity, but Alex evaded the question at the time. However, he had no major issues with telling Lexi about his origin, as he knew he would eventually have to explain it to her. It would be better for him to disclose his origin, although he wouldn't mention being a god or anything of that sort just yet.
The day passed, and Alex finally explained his origin to Lexi, who was surprised but gradually accepted the truth and thanked Alex for opening up to her.
The month came to an end, and Crown Group of Industries was finally founded by Alex, becoming the property of both himself and the royal family of Arcadia.
The company's products were made available to the masses of Arcadia, astonishing them. It didn't take long for these products to gain popularity among adventurers and civilians alike.
To ensure his monopoly on these items, Alex enchanted all of his products with a special spell, making them impossible to be researched or reverse-engineered.
In addition to the products, the frame units from the hangar were replicated and introduced to the Arcadian army, along with magic guns and improved equipment. This allowed the soldiers to begin their training in handling the framegears for future use.
Mass production of the framegears commenced and was introduced to the army. Unlike Brunhild, where their existence became exposed, Alex and his associates kept the framegears a secret.
The chances of these framegears being discovered by spies were minimal due to the challenging location of Arcadia, which made infiltration difficult. Furthermore, due to previous reputation of Arcadia as Sandora there weren't many spies to behin with and those who were planted in Sandora were all swiftly dealt with by Alex's assassination unit, who utilized his spells to locate and neutralize them all.
Alex dedicated himself to the practice of magic and eventually achieved mastery, capable of casting spells without the need for incantations. Alongside his magical pursuits, he invested a significant amount of time in learning about magi-technology from Regina, all while working on his upcoming projects.
Alex's Enhanced Learning ability was truly remarkable. He possessed the extraordinary talent of comprehending information with a single glance, allowing him to learn anything swiftly. However, the real challenge for Alex lay in creating new things and pushing the boundaries of his knowledge.
In Babylon, utilizing his [appraise] and [analyze] spells, Alex gained a comprehensive understanding of the functioning of the floating island and the artifacts it housed.
In a remarkably short span of one month he was able to learn most of the things from Regina leaving the proud scholar who boasted herself for her knowledge dumbfounded by his speed of learning but none the less was happy with the development and rewarded Alex in her own perverted way.
