Chapter 103 – Bad news from a long-time friend

Later after that, a girl ran to them, only to see Nathan and his friends hanging out with his friends. That girl was the same girl who was one of Nathan's first clients and customers on Nathan's first day in this world. So, she ran to them and called Nathan's name out loud. Nathan, Russell, and the others heard that and looked at her.

Nathan was surprised and delighted to see her. "Oh, it's you again, Harlow."

"You knew this girl?" Nicholas asked him.

The girl, Harlow Pierce, then ran to him. "It's been so long, Nathan-san. How are you?"

"Yes, I am fine, Harlow," Nathan replied back. "And you?"

"Her name is Harlow Pierce?" Russell asked.

Azalea then looked at Harlow with interest in her.

"Yes, this is Harlow Pierce," Nathan responded back positively. "She is one of my first customers of my photo-taking services, alongside her mother."

"Oh…" Russell replied back.

After that, Harlow looked at Prince Nicholas and was surprised to see him in his princely clothes under his hood. "Are you the…?"

"Yes, I am the prince of this country," Nicholas responded back with a smile, "but don't tell anyone else that I am here, okay?"

Harlow then nodded in agreement, before looking at Nathan, Russell, and the others with a sad and down look on her face.

She has bad news.

"Nathan-san, do you remember my mom?" she asked Nathan.

"Yes, I do," replied Nathan back positively.

"She passed away," Harlow responded.
