CHAPTER SEVENTEEN (FIRST QUARREL)
It has been almost a month since Avil and Ramon started dating, the whole school knew that they were dating, though at first Avil was not comfortable about it, but with time she got used to it " hey babe, how was your night? "
he kissed her forehead " I slept well and you?" he smiled at her, after getting her books they left together for class.
"students, we have a new transfer student today, you can come in now" the new student walked in and some people whistled, Ramon's jaw ticked and the hand holding Avil''s under the table tightened, Avil looked at his face and saw his expression, it's no brainer that he definitely had some sort of relationship with the girl that came in, Avil didn't ask him or talk, she watched the new girl introduce herself as Annabel,she is a cute girl, she has brown hair, beady black eyes, frail looking, and short she looks like she wouldn't hurt a fly and makes someone wish to protect her, she is not beautiful but she is cute, the school beauty to everyone's dismay invited her to sit beside her, the girl glanced thier way and waved at Ramon who ignored her, she frowned a little making her seem to be bullied, she sat down beside school beauty, with that interaction Avil confirmed that Ramon did know the girl, she decided to wait for him to tell her himself when he is comfortable enough.
They were walking along the hallway after school discussing on where they would hang out when a sweet voice called Ramon's name, he paused slightly and continued but the person was persistent, Avil stopped and looked back to see Annabel, she smiled and caught up to them, she ignored Avil and faced Ramon, Avil sneered internally "𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘪𝘳𝘤𝘶𝘴 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘬𝘦𝘺, 𝘭𝘦𝘵'𝘴 𝘸𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘦𝘦"
" Rammy,I was calling you earlier but you ignored me" she said smiling,
"sorry, who are you once again please" her face immediately fell but she regained her posture "are you still angry at me for breaking up and leaving?, I told you that it wasn't my choice,my father was transferred" she said it in such a way that whoever heard it will think Ramon was being unreasonable with her,
" Miss, you think too highly of yourself, I don't care whether you left or stayed and whatever that was it between us is nonsense, so please I and my girl were heading somewhere before you came, babe let's go" he held Avil's hand and they left Avil glanced back at the girl and saw her delicate face fall, her face were twisted in an ugly angry manner, she sighed out softly, "𝘩𝘰𝘱𝘦 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘮𝘦".

"You aren't asking me how I knew that girl? "
"I don't want to make you feel uncomfortable, you can tell me when you feel okay"
"well, it's nothing much, she was my first girlfriend, we were childhood friends together with jen , we started dating soon, I took her as a nice, kind girl not knowing how even and wicked she is, one day I saw her, she and my sister was arguing about something but she suddenly pushed my sister down the stairs and ran away thinking no one saw her, then she later came back pretending to care, I was so disgusted at her I couldn't believe she could do that, she knew my sister then had a medical problem but she still did it, if no one was at home I wondered what would have happened, then the next day she broke up with me saying that they are transferring to another state, I didn't care,it was even for the better, let her stay as far as she can because I might not control myself from dealing with her, the reason I didn't confront her for her crime was because of the long standing relationship between our families and that was enough to end everything"
Avil wasn't at all surprised at Roman's words, that girl gave her a bad vibe,she was what chinese call '𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘭𝘰𝘵𝘶𝘴' but as long as she didn't cross her part then they are good but if she does she will be more than glad to serve her a nice dish of humiliation.
The next day at school, Avil got a message from Ramon to come up the rooftop, she was climbing up when she had voices, at first she didn't know who they belong to but she knew they were having a heated argument,she continued walking this time faster to know who was quarreling, she opened the door to see Annabel and Ramon kissing but then the former was pushed harshly, Ramon was shocked and scared on seeing Avil behind them, the expression on her face told him she saw them " babe I swear it isn't what it looks like" Avil glared at him to shut up, she slowly approached the grinning Annabel "Avil, your boyfriend obviously doesn't lo... " a crisp sound was heard and Annabel's shocked face and yelp was heard next "I wanted us to not cross each other and stay on our own lane in peace but the bitch in you couldn't help it, miss whatever your name is, am not a pushover, if you ever force or bring your dirty, disgusting self on my boyfriend or to my face again, you will receive more than a slap,ask others about me, I don't share what I consider mine get that into your empty skull" she left her there on the ground and approached Ramon who was grinning from ear to ear, she brought out her handkerchief, and cleaned his mouth so hard it was almost plump and red,Ramon didn't complain just let her do what she wanted, she then proceed to step on it and kick it to Annabel's face, then dragged Ramon downstairs, and once they were out if her sight she dropped his hand harshly, Ramon's heart sank to his stomach, " babe am sorry, I didn't know I was there, am sorry"
"are you that weak that a girl can force a kiss on you, if I didn't come then you would be raped then"
"no babe, I wouldn't allow that, I belong to my Angel Avil no one else" Avil giggled, Ramon kissed her on the lips, just then Annabel pass them in anger but they didn't mind her at all, even Avil had the time to give her the middle finger when she turned to stare at them.
" Babe, tomorrow is Saturday, will come and see my mum now, please? " Avil thought for a while "fine I will but the food will be prepared by you hmmm"
"okay, thanks babe, I love you a lot, go inside now" they kissed goodbye and left.
